I have gone to the Utah Valley University official Website and screen shot the location of the Woodbury Building. This puts the 2nd shooter at the place that the Marine Sniper Instructor, Zeb Boykin, places the real shooter on the right of Charlie Kirk, on the basis of how the shot impacted the body and the time between the shot being heard and the distance traveled. — Click the image below and then highlight the WB symbol for the WoodBury Building.
The biggest criticism of Boykin’s reconstruction is video footage which shows no wound on the right side of Charlie’s head. — However, upon closer examination, the ear hole of the right ear would have easily been both a useful target and a means to conceal an entry wound. This means that the caliber of the shot would have had to been very small. Boykin puts the real shooter at a distance of 70 yards. — However, where this shooter on the WoodBury building was at the time of the shooting is not known, and from one vantage he could nearly be in front of Charlie Kirk also.
I am calling this image of a person on the WoodBury Building roof at 12:06 a “second shooter” only to point out that it is highly improbable that a shooter on the Losee Center Roof, where the authorities claim Robinson shot from, could have moved from one roof to another in 17 minutes and set up for the shot. It could be done, but the set up for the shot would have had to be immediate without any preparation.
Also, from a forensic point of view, when there is seen persons dressed in two different ways and persons who are in two different places, caution in an investigation requires that one not presume they are the same person nor presume they are different persons, but that each siting be treated with strict rigor and only when there is a coincidence of information does one proceed to say they are the same person or different persons.
Robinson in 2022
In related news, Tyler Robinson was involved in an automobile accident on May 31, 2022, and was filmed by police who arrived to make the traffic report. This video shows the character and personality of Robinson before he was allegedly “radicalized”. At the end of the video we apparently see the mother of Robinson.
As one commentator on this video remarks: Notice that he did not say, “vehicle”, but “car”, in reference to his own car. However, at 4:19 he does use “vehicle” in reference to a car passing by. This has to do with the messages allegedly send by Robinson to Twiggs. — In the U.S.A. during traffic reports, “vehicle” is used by everyone. That is not unusual. This happens so that a mis-description of the kind of vehicle does not enter the verbal record. Also, if a police man says, “vehicle”, a citizen will nearly always respond with a statement about a “vehicle”. — However, no one says to a friend that he left his “vehicle”, since his friend knows whether it was a pick-up truck, car or motorcycle. Therefore, I believe Candace is rightly suspicious that the text messages are a piece of theatre created to put the blame solely on Tyler.
