The Church badly needs to launch a Gregorian Reform 2.0, central to which must be the expulsion of sexual perverts from the clergy, whether Cardinals, Bishops, Monsignori, Priests or Deacons, for the sake of protecting everyone from sexual abuse, from Religious Sisters, to altar boys. The Church needs to adopt the principal, that if a man or woman perpetrates or allows the sexual abuse of anyone, that is a definitive sign from God that they never had a vocation to ministry or religious life, and must be permanently excluded.
