Graf, who has connections to D. C., where he served as special Assistant U. S. Attorney. — This follows Patel’s change of the FBI top officials in Utah this summer, the change in Charlie Kirk’s security provisions this June (removing bullet proof vests). As Candace has remarked, there are too many new things surrounding this Assassination. In addition, it appears that this Judge as ZERO experience in high profile cases, which is evident below from the second official court hearing, where lawyers for both sides ask him to explain what he means by notifying all witnesses in the case of his order, since there are potentially more than a thousand unknown persons who attended the rally where Kirk was assassinated.
In the masonic system in the United States, the outcome of legal cases depends on the choice of the Judge to hear the case, and this choice is made in secret by a panel of State Judges, who are in no way obliged to be transparent. This is how masonic governments maintain control while presenting the appearances of impartiality.

I find it disturbing that the counsel for Tyler Robinson did not ask the court to set bail or protest on the basis that the media has so blackened his reputation as to make change of venue appropriate: two standard pleas made by the defense in any high profile trial. Also, that he has more than one attorney assigned to him, is highly unusually for a case in which a destitute person is to be defended by a public defender. And strangely, in this report, the names of the other two attorneys assigned to Robinson are omitted. One I believe is Jewish.
From what I see, I think Robinson is going to be railroaded and framed. We already know that a bullet from the alleged rifle of his could not have produced the wound seen in photos of Charlie Kirk’s chest expansion. Counsel for Robinson should have submitted that YouTube evidence immediately and demanded the murder charge and related charges be struck from the accusations against her client. Doing so now would make a strong argument going forward for his defense. Not doing so makes it look like she is working to get him convicted so as to conceal who really did it.

Mary, I suggest you do some research into the state of hologram technology, and then draw your own conclusions. It is not sane to simply watch a claim and do no research to see if what they are claiming is possible. Some people have no ability to determine what is the cutting edge of science and how to discern if that technology is being used. And the makers of the above video are among that class of ignoramuses.
Brother, I also heard Kash Patel say that they are sure that they got the killer based on DNA evidence. Apparently, this is prejudicial to say this, and the attorney can ask to throw the case out just based on that. It is alarming how counsel is doing nothing to protect Tyler. There is so much evidence that he wasn’t the killer. The email exchange has been disproven by the server company, Discord, which said no such emails exist.
DNA evidence even when admissible does not prove a murder. Running on a roof is not anything but perhaps a crime of tresspass. The prosecution will have to prove that the alleged weapon fired the alleged bullet and could have produced the alleged wound. That’s impossible just from the angles of the geometry, not to mention the ballistics. If this is a jury trial, I do not see how he will be convicted “beyond a reasonable doubt”. I do think Tyler was part of some sort of plot and he is the fall guy, so that the real perps could get away with it.
