Should we be equally as wary about Jehovah’s Witness?
I would say practically speaking, yes, because JW are a cult which use love bombing and mind control. However, theologically, the Mormons are more dangerous because they hold that Satan is Jesus’s Divine brother and deny to the Son of God His status as the Only Begotten of the Father.
Would their belief about Satan be a type of satanic religion? Would it open them up to demonic oppression and possession?
Yes, and yes. I actually met a former Mormon, who rose to the highest levels of their priesthood and was introduced to the rituals involving sacrifice to Satan. That caused him to leave the Church and they persecuted him from one end of the USA to another.
I watched a documentary uncovering the Mormon church. Many of their rituals are extremely similar to the Freemason rituals that are performed in their lodges.
