Editor’s Note: This news regarding the gag order, which the Judge issued without being asked by either prosecution or defense, follows the news about the nasty “shut up!” comments by the FBI Director regarding “Hysterical Conspiracy Theories”. — This ruling is bizzare, which gags lawyers currently appointed and ALL potential future lawyers who might represent any party in this case, including those for other witnesses! This basically is a threat against all legal professionals who have spoken publicly from being associated with the case.

The lawyers will also be responsible if any investigator and witness speaks to the press. — This is a coverup coming down from the highest levels. It basically makes the lawyers guilty if the parents of anyone speaks!

Also, all employees of the County will be forbidden from also speaking. This order was issued on Sept. 16, 2025, but not reported by anyone in the press, and has not been contested, quite unusually by anyone.

In my judgement, it is clear, that this gag order, which is allegedly issued to protect the civil rights of the defendant, gives the court a grounds and excuse to sanction any legal professional in this case, at will. And as such, it is a de facto proof that the Court is corrupt, the case is contrived, the defendant is a patsy, and the charges are not provable beyond a reasonable doubt.
