Stupid pop up appears over video, from Google apparently, promoting UN “climate change crisis” lies. Contrary to Google’s explanation, I could not find any option to dismiss this permanently.
Oddly, the “climate change crisis” peddlers rarely admit that water vapour is the biggest “greenhouse gas” contributor to the greenhouse effect – about a half of the overall effect – nor that without the greenhouse effect, earth would be rather miserably cold and certainly not inhabitable by us for the past thousands of years.
I have long suspected that the peddlers focus on CO2 rather than H2O, because most people have never seen or sensed carbon dioxide directly, whereas everyone with functioning senses has seen or sensed water on a daily basis. Thus natural, widespread opposition to and ridicule of a narrative that H2O vapour were bad would be much harder to overcome.
The rapid communication effect of adding very few molecules of salts to pure water in massive dilutions, discussed in the last eight minutes or so of the video, appears to support a key part of the theory of homeopathic medicine.
Heavy water, D2O / 2H2O, has some additional useful properties and has been or is used as a neutron moderator in nuclear reactors, in various medical scanning techniques and in controversial experiments relating to claims of “cold fusion”, among others.
Strange, because from Italy, no such pop up appears.
The first two YouTube videos you link from Ana Kasparian and Tucker Carlson today are similarly “infected”, with warnings about September 11 narratives.
They are not strictly pop ups, as they appear on the still images of the videos even before they are even selected, let alone played.

This is not happening in Italy. Maybe other viewers can say if it is happening in their countries.
