Readers should keep in mind that the author of the linked article believe that clerical celibacy is the root of the problem, not the sin that cries to heaven for vengeance per se. In this respect he advocates the typical progressive SNAP collection of liberal agenda; married clergy at the top.
Yes, I say this in a comment on nearly all his articles, but it becomes prolix. Thank you for reminding readers.
I will add that married clergy are no more chaste, and that the solution among the Greek Orthodox, from the decision of the Council of Nicea, to allow married men to be ordained priests, but no higher, causes innumerable sins and crimes of sacrilege, where priests end up resorting to adultery in addition to fornication, prostitution and sex trafficking, as priests which makes their sins 3x worse, and leads to the theft and misuse of Church property on even greater scales than in the Roman Church. — And this should be obvious to anyone who thinks about it, for if married men can become priests, their congregations will enrich them like the protestants do their ministers, and then in wealth and luxury they will fall into even more sins than celibate clergy.
The solution, therefore, is chastity, because only in chastity does the man in earnest walk the Way of the Cross, with his Crucified Lord, and mortifies his flesh to subdue it to that service.
