The claim that there is no exit wound, if true — though we have yet no confirmation of this with visual evidence — means that what this screen capture is showing is some sort of gross deformation of Charlie’s torso, or some object moving under the shirt (such as his necklace or a projectile or some other debris etc..), which does not cause the puncture of the skin, before the cavatation of the torso is seen in subsequent moments and before Charlie is seen to bleed.
It must be noted, that even if what is distorting his shirt is part of his rib-cage grossly dislocated, that would mean that Charlie Kirk suffered a spinal injury at about the T1 vertebra and not at the C2, first of all, as multiple claims concerning the contents of the alleged autopsy are claiming.
I am no expert in ballistics, but the physics of what is being depicted seems to point to a projectile designed to cause cavatation upon entrance and NOT penetration, which, of course, is not the standard .03-06 Mauser ammunition.
