I have done live streams on youtube for 5 years, and from places with worse internet access, and I have never seen this kind of behavior from YT before. So yes, I think YT pulled the plug on my live stream 2x yesterday, because while the live stream stopped, I nevertheless on the same device could reach the whole internet, even watch YT videos, a thing I attempted so as to check connectivity.
