Editor’s Note: Years ago, when I lived as a hermit in Sicily, I would hitch-hike every Sunday to attend the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass at Acireale, where it was offered with the permission of the local bishop. That was back in 2008-2011. And by divine providence, I encountered one of the most real Catholics I have ever known, Nuccio, who would invite me every week to Sunday Pranzo (lunch time) and offer me a 5 course meal at the table of his humble abode, above his Auto-Repair shop.
