People need to understand it is a programmable spellchecker and glorified text/image editor that does research. The scary thing is: who exactly are picking its sources? 😳 Should people of good will ensure users are not left out of its referencing and composition process? Or do we abandon it all together?
In the design field, people are relying on it. I ponder how important it might be to shape HOW it’s relied on as my career is directly impacted (as in programming so that it does not end up a brain-off technology).
I know a few software companies which are using it and the newer version of their products are full of bugs or unusuable, since they just presumed the new code would work.

I was just approached online via a major professional networking site and offered USD15 per hour to train an unspecified AI to write better English.
If it cannot figure it out from all the writing on the internet, it will never figure it out from a human being.
I see AI as the good way to come back to humanity.
There is an interesting concept: the uncanny valley effect.
At the end, OK masses who are lazy have already drop to AI because they are not able of creating or having their own minds.. so they tricks, they use it to make their lives the deep fake they have always been. A century ago all the masses were at their place, busy in the fields. Some of them had ideas, some genius. But the mass, no. Now, the masses have all a smartphone. So they uses it to trick themselves but they are still stupid and uncapable of anything, as always.
Clever people use AI to increase their capacities to understand, learn, do.
But going bag to this return to humanity, at the end all of us do prefer direct contact between us. We like having a coffee with people with whom we have nice conversations, we do like to go to concerts even if we hear music with earcaps etc. We like art and paintings done with sensitivity.
Because the feeling and pleasure of being proud of doing is higher than watching a screen creating things by itself.
Concerning the jobs, AI which is an exponential automation (just this) is on the way of automation we know since after war times. So.. we will find to create new bullshit jobs 😉
Well, I do agree, that the wold of fake, which will come from A.I. will increase appreciation of the real and true among some; but A.I. is a tool for total control. All the billionaires behind it prove that, since they are all psychopathic control freaks and are seeking to have divine powers through A. I.
