Isn’t it imperative that the newly elected and valid Pope have a website immediately functional? If so, couldn’t From Rome be repurposed/renamed from Day One?
ALSO, COULD YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN, step-by-step how the cancellation by JPII and PiusXII of every and all previous Church laws and procedures for Papal elections were validly set aside (already stipulating the anti-papal status of francis and leoXIV) in order that this Papal Conclave and election of 11/23/25 could produce a valid Successor of St Peter, Christ’s Vicar on Earth?
This is a cataclysmic event for the good, but it must be broken down from A-Z in a Baltimore Catechism Form, to be understood fu lly and have permanent written reference for all posterity.
The Faithful will only follow profundity in simplicity, as Holy Mother Church keeps watch over minds and hearts.
Can an interim document be made available that will:
1. Make understandable this unprecedented event and therefore encourage intellectual ease and peace of mind
2. Equip the Faithful with the knowledge to explain and expand to fellow Catholics, confidently able to explain and educate for the Greater Glory of God.
1. FromRome.Info contains a lot of opinions by myself and a lot of hearsay reports and scandalous news, videos of all kinds and links of all kinds. It could not be repurposed without destroying its historical character and altering its record of events.
2. Pius XII and John Paul II canceled previous papal laws regarding papal election. These are all the written laws of the Successors of Saint Peter, which are merely disciplinary. This does not cancel the law of Saint Peter Himself, granting the Church at Rome the right to elect His successors, who will each in succession inherit his Munus, to be prince of the earthy ecclesiastical hierarchy. Thus, they abolish even Nicholas II Bull’s, except where it magisterially teaches that there exists a right in extraordinary cases of an illegal election. This would not be the case if Pius XII or John Paul II said in their own laws what is to be done in the case of an illegal election, as some popes in the past did, in regard to an election purchased by simony.
3. I have written so much already on this, that what more could be said. Though I am sure that the many lawyers and paralegals who read FromRome.Info could summarize better than I could.
4. It would be good to explain this in suchwise that the laity could explain it to others, but this is duty for the clergy to do. They first have to look Christ Jesus in the Face and in prayer discern whether to go His left or His right.
Thank you for your reply, Brother. To implement the explanation of who, what, when, why and how the worldwide Roman Catholic Church has a valid Pope to replace fr prevost, please understand that I don’t suggest addng to your already overburdened work load.
However, you must equip your Faithful. I do suggest a panel of your choosing consisting of individuals(priests and/or lay) whom you think most qualified in communicating and forming as soon as possible, a means in which they may set themselves to accomplishing the extraordinary and explanatory work mentioned above.
I respectfully share that I think that if ever the time that Archbishop Fulton Sheen’s words of the laity stepping up to aid/resuscitate the Church in Her gravest crisis, that time is now.
In my opinion, priests are and will be quickly and increasingly threatened to comply by staying with the prevost regime, or be cancelled and booted to the curb. Since there are relatively few priests left who understand this anti-papal hellscape, much less are willing to mount a defense for themselves or their sheep, they, along with their strong-arming bishops will be useless to the laity.
We laity will be globally unstoppable if given understanding, through a Baltimore Q & A style Catechetical write-up on this unprecedented attempt to save our Church from imminent tribulation..
Because if the Church has recieved a new and valid Pope, but nobody hears about it and/or can’t hold their own with the onslaught of prevost and his bishop’s insults, mockeries, interdictions or excommunications, what is the point of all your years because the sheep will be unable to unpack the timeline of Church writings to speak intelligently in truth? Let’s start with a brief summation press release, but asap equip our Faithful with a thorough but easily comprehensible, perhaps timeline illustrated explanation. It’s that important. I would consider myself above average intelligence, but I would not be able to give others a factual, easily understood explanation of the who, what, where, when and why of this momentous event with a confident command of the facts. FromRome.Info has all the info. Anyone can summarize the information and publish it elsewhere. It’s up to my readers. I cannot do everything. But as you can see in the Last 6 months, though I have said this same thing repeatedly, only a few of my readers have listened to me. I hope it it not that way going forward.
So it is up to everyone reading FromRome.into to do your part.
It is no coincidence that the Lord Jesus brought us all together from dozens of nations on Earth, to know of these things and to accomplish them.
All of you should consider this a call to undertake the mission of making it known to the ends of the earth. In the beginning the Lord Jesus had about 500 disciples and the subscribers to FromRome.info are not much more than that.
The Holy Spirit of truth is on our side. Consider yourself in his debt, and repay it with action.
So far only CathInfo.com is reporting this, along with the site that Mike informed. All of you on social media need to insist that Catholic journalists report on this.
Perhaps if there were an OUTLINE some FromRome readers would be willing to flesh the outline out into what Juliann is asking.
An outline answers the questions of where to start, where to end, what to include, and what not to include. An outline may be, and probably is, indispensable because no one has a grasp of the Big Picture like you do, Brother Bugnolo. So, starting an explanatory document is a truly monumental task, and might require years of study and drafting, if not impossible. Hence, you are the only person who can generate an outline. (Or perhaps AJ?)
Even very intelligent readers do not have stored in memory every important point you have made over the years. In my case I can readily recite the law (Canon Law, Universi Dominic gregis) verbatim for why the 2025 Conclave was invalid. But I cannot even begin to explain the history and validity of Election by Apostolic Right. Nor do readers automatically possess the ability to correctly judge whether a topic belongs or not. For example, should the history of St. Hildebrand’s impact be included, or not?
However, an outline would answer these questions. Then readers could go looking for the information on the website. Otherwise, it’s a matter of “You can’t know what you don’t know”, and the effort produces a woefully incomplete product or never gets off the ground.
Having said that, I must state in an admittedly conflicted way that I agree with Juliann that I don’t want to add to your already full plate. Important as explaining the validity of the new Pope from history, continuity in law, and the invalidity of two antipopes is, your new direction is without question more important than working on an outline. If you feel strongly that it’s up to the clergy to explain all this, I accept your judgment, though I’m not confident that even a few of those exist in some (many?) parts of the world.

I am only a convert to the faith, not a cradle Catholic like you and Brother, but I have learned so much from reading his writings and praying about what I have read. The Lord is going to need each one of us to discern and act upon what we are called to do, according to our state in life. I do not plan to allow archive.org to archive it, for now, as that would remove all protection to copyright. I would prefer first to find someone to collect my important writings in a book or two, and then archive the rest in PDF, since the rest is not so important. But I have not the time right now. The readers of FromRome already donated enough to keep FromRome.Info online for I think another 3 years, so there is no rush to make a decision.

No, its not that sort of website. I won’t be able to do a personal apostolate like FromRome again, it’s more important I work for the new Pope. FromRome was a great apostolate and Catholics have to start doing things similar, because as you can see, it has been 6 days and NO catholic media has reported on the election. So it is obvious that they have no honest intention even to report on the news. If the new pope is in your part of the world, and I am traveling with him, you will find me there and I may be able to spare a short time for personal meetings, in the holes of my schedule.
My husband has a conference in Europe next summer and I will ask him if we can make a trip to Rome. I am so grateful for your reply, Brother. I should have known that you would never abandon us.
