Our Lady of Loreto is the special patron of Air Forces and is very powerful in the execution of exorcisms.
Her house is a type of the Church, and its translation to Loreto, a sign of God’s providence over His own Household, the Church.

Here, i think, is the problem with Hildebrand making the consecration with the limited number of bishops who will accept him as pope. Should he do that, the “whole Church” would not “recognise that consecration as a triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary”. It would be necessary that bishops all over the world participate to fulfill this “want” of Jesus. We’ll see what happens — hopefully i’ll be proven wrong. (and i’d hate to see yet another controversial consecration of russia to the immaculate heart)…
On the contrary, when Our Lord says, “without the pope” means “My whole Church”, he is saying the exact opposite, that to Him, even if His true vicar was the only Bishop on Earth, that would be His Whole Church. This is what it means for the Apostolic See to be the juridical principle of unity with Christ Jesus.

God Asks for the Consecration of Russia (Thursday, June 13, 1929).
… AND THROUGH THE MEDIATION OF THE CATHOLIC HIERARCHY. This extraordinary miracle would have stupefied the world, reawakened faith and caused a hymn of thanksgiving to break out among the people. It was imperative that the whole world, heretics, schismatics, Jews and pagans, realise that God had performed the miracle through the mediation of the Queen of Heaven, but also in response to «a solemn and public act» of the Pastors of His one, true Church, which is Catholic and Roman. What admirable wisdom in this twofold mediation! For both are required by God for the long-awaited miracle, so necessary to world peace, to finally take place: «The good Lord promises to end the persecution in Russia, if the Holy Father will himself make a solemn act of reparation and consecration of Russia to the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary, as well as ordering all the bishops of the Catholic world to do the same…»
Poor Russia, dominated by Bolshevism, and still a victim of its centuries-old schism, would have been saved from both evils at the same time. Moreover, deliverance would have come at the request and on the decision of all the Catholic bishops obeying their head, this Pope of Rome, whose universal primacy of jurisdiction as successor of Peter the Russian Church, in its obstinate rebellion, had refused to recognise. Yes, let us admire the astonishing, divine stratagem through which God willed to bring back to His flock, by the millions, the multitude of His sheep led astray in the schism, and at the same time assure world peace.
What fullness of wisdom in this great design of mercy! This already would suffice to show that it is not of man, but of God. The more we examine it, the more we understand its divine coherence. We understand also that this design is irrevocable, and that God does not will to change any part of it. As can be seen, that the pope does the consecration and orders the Bishops to join him, is what God requires. That the bishops exist or obey, is not a legal requirement.

From then on, after June 13, 1929, when God completed His solemn revelation of His great design for the Church, for Russia, and the world, one can say that the drama of our century was cast. The outcome depends in the last analysis on the Holy Father, and on him alone.
I agree entirely with your juridical analysis, Brother. We can trust Our Lady. Remember during the Protestant revolt, when Luther, Calvin and King Henry VIII were tearing Catholics away from the Church, Our Lady of Guadalupe came to St. Juan Diego and 9 million Aztecs and other Nahuatl-speaking people were baptized. Let us celebrate her feast day this week with reverence.
The Fatima Centre writes that the conversion of Russia will require the pope’s and the bishops’ consecration to the Immaculate Heart “so that the world sees the direct relationship between Russia being converted and the Pope and the bishops having made this act of consecration…”. Note ‘the world’ not just ‘the whole church’.
A brief search only resulted in quotes saying ‘whole church’ as Fonzie writes above, but I seem to remember reading or hearing it as ‘the whole world’, as the Fatima Centre writes.
In any case, I think both phrases have to mean a large proportion of the world’s population or it would have little impact. But either way, anyone who’s been baptized belongs to the Catholic Church unless he has consciously renounced it, so that’s a huge number already, if not the whole world.
The conversion of Russia will be newsworthy all over the world, and how much more so if the consecrating pope and bishops, whose obedience to Our Lady preceded that, happen to have been, at that time, somewhat obscured or few in number?

Juridically speaking, there are no bishops in the whole world, except those in communion with the true Pope. To interpret it in any other manner would be to presume the Woman speaking is not the Mother of the King.
I attended a Fatima Center conference in 2017 when I first became aware that Pope Benedict XVI had only resigned the ministry, but had not abdicated the Papacy. It was appalling to me, a convert to the Catholic faith, that none of the priests who were speakers at this conference would even address the topic.

If the consecration is “somewhat obscured”, then the conversion of Russia will be viewed as the crowning achievement of what John Paul did in ’84 — forty years of stark change leading up to Russia’s inevitable return to Holy Mother Church. That’s why i think it’s so important that the consecration be “done right”. (whatever it is that “done right” might be)…

In the press conference on December 11th, you mentioned Professor Grzegorz Kucharczyk and his article in Polonia Christiana. I read that article, and it’s really good. Professor Kucharczyk and the Polonia Christiana community, however, believe that Benedict XVI abdicated, Francis was the pope, and Leo XIV is the pope. There has been no correction of views, even in the face of verifiable facts. This community is under the influence of Roberto de Mattei and Bishop Schneider.
Even broken clocks are read time correctly twice a day. And even pagans like Balaam prophesy correctly without knowing it (cf. Numbers 22-24). Thus, that confused Catholics might say much truth and not realize it, nor even act upon it, should surprise no one.

Fonzie, yes, exactly. The proof that it was done right will be Our Lady’s promises being realized: the conversion of Russia, and the period of peace. Both will be as unmistakeable as the Miracle of the Sun, but with the whole world as witnesses.

If only the bishops who are in communion with the true pope are required to take part in the consecration how does that account for the Church always having recognized the so called ‘Orthodox’ bishops as validly ordained, though illicitly? Not at all to suggest that Our Lady would have included them when She gave that instruction. But all this seems to suggest that to fulfil the request perfectly the pope might have to first invite all the bishops who were validly and licitly ordained, and any who refuse to take part would have to be publicly deposed from the office before the consecration, not after. Or would those who, perhaps after having been informed of the new pope, and warned of the consequences of failing to recognize him, automatically lose their office?
You took pains to make very sure that the cardinals were abundantly informed of the consequences if they refused to repent of having taken part in the unlawful conclave in May this year, and call another *lawful* conclave, and you gave them plenty of time to act. Should not the validly and licitly ordained bishops have the same right? Or if not the right, then the courtesy, so as to have proof that they were given every chance?
Your question regards what Our Lady intended to say. Did She use the word “bishops” in the Sacramental sense or in the juridical sense? Bishop is from the Greek for overseer, so etymylogically it is a term refering to an office or juridical authority. Also, Our Lady did not come to Fatima to talk theology, but as an ambassador of God. Thus, I think it is more authentic to understand Her speaking in a juridical sense. Note, however, that “in union with” does not mean in the presence of or even in unison with, at least in English, but in prayer with. So if that reading is correct, then it requires a moral union, not a juridical recognition nor even their active participation. But whether it means all who have been validly consecrated Bishops or not, I think that is unlikely, because otherwise Our Lady would be imposing an impossible condition, namely, the conversion of all Bishops, even the orthodox. So if Our Lady is not imposing an impossible condition, then it must be that it is sufficient the Pope invites the Bishops in communion with him, and that they obey him. Asking that they obey him under pain of being excommunicated is certainly within his right as the Pope. But excommunicating them if they refuse or are not in communion with him seems to me to be contrary to the entire pastoral mission of the Roman Pontiff which is to foster communion. So maybe it will be that Pope Hildebrand, after his consecration, and with a few bishops recognizing him, is the pope God intended from all eternity, since that seems a very likely possibility and does not require a highly unlikely combination of events. And such a consecration would be the true pope in union with all the bishops who are truly in communion with Christ through Peter. Effecting the Conversion of Russia in consequence of that act of consecration would also be for the Holy Spirit an occasion to call all men to repentance and back into communion with the true Pope, since such a miracle would be an undeniable sign that Hildebrand is the true pope and that the bishops in communion with him are the true hierarchy in communion with Christ our God. It would therefore be, in my opinion, what is possible on man’s part and allow God to be God on God’s part.

Certainly not “undeniable” as it can (and will) be attributed to John Paul’s “consecration” in 1984 as i noted above. (just wait, watch and see)…
