Br B…the CIA picture in the add ons to your post which depict a man walking over the center of a star with numerous streaks coming forth from its center has a deeper meaning than merely an artistic symbol. Many decades ago I studied the Star and its deeper than meets the eyes symbolism. The 5 pointed star and whether the 2 points are pointed down or up have silent messages to those who are schooled in its interpretations.
The United Nations and Pentagon buildings have them embedded artistically in their floors. Whether this knowledge is still available I don’t know.. . I have seen this star with multi points now artistically represented in a few Catholic Church entrances. Some one with a lot of time on their hands might investigate this .
