Recently, a devout Catholic informed FromRome.Info of his efforts to denounce the criminal action of the Cardinals last year at the Conclave. This idea has inspired this letter, which you can send to your Bishop in your country. — We advise retaining the services of a lawyer who is expert in your local laws, to translate this letter properly withing the legal notions of your own country.

This letter is written in suchwise, that if you use your own real name, when signing it, you cannot be subject to any canonical penalties, since you are only informing the Bishop.

Also, if every Catholic who reads FromRome.Info sends 1 copy of this letter to their own local bishop, it should be enough to start a world-wide panic among the Sacred Hierarchy, who still care about legal risks, even if they no longer care about what God thinks of them.

Your Excellency,

I write you to inform you of the most grave crimes committed last year which have engulfed yourself and your diocese in the most serious legal risks of criminal fraud.

Last year at Rome, the Cardinals committed a horrible fraud on the Catholic world, claiming that they could vote in numbers of more than 120 at the same time during each session of the Conclave, held May 7-8, 2025, in the Sistine Chapel. This action of theirs, claiming a dispensation which was never given, contrary to the norm of Universi Dominici Gregis, n. 1, and presuming to use that fake dispensation, in violation of the norm of UDG, n. 4, even though n. 33 forbids more than 120 expressly from voting, was alleged so as to justify counting more than 120 votes in the secret ballots in violation of UDG, n. 68. The result was a completely illegal and invalid election, as declared by UDG n. 76, which gives every Catholic the right to hold that the election is invalid, because of the objective factual discrepancy of how the Conclave was conducted with the requirements of the Papal Law on Conclaves.

For this reason the entire College of Cardinals has committed a fraud on the Catholic world and have entered into schism from Jesus Christ by adhering to a man, who is not Christ’s vicar, in violation of the teaching of Pope Nicholas II, in his Bull of April 13, 1059, “In Nomine Domini“, which clearly states that such behavior is accursed by God, heretical and schismatic.

Seeing that your Excellency claims to be in communion with the man whom they illegally elected, you have by this fact become legally involved in the worst kind of fraud, malfeasance, constructive fraud, charity fraud and fraud in advertising, by collecting funds from the Faithful under the guise of the claim of being a Diocese in Communion with Jesus Christ through the Apostolic See, even though you are in communion with an antipope and a fraud, and are complicit in the fraud and crime and sacrilege of the College of Cardinals by so claiming.

I, therefore, warn you in virtue of my rights in Canon 212 of the 1983 Code of Canon Law, of the legal and spiritual and canonical risks you have undertaken, since canon 1364 declares all such bishops as yourself at risk of excommunication latae sententiae by the mere fact of adhering to such a fake pope. Such an excommunication in virtue of canon 1331, immediately deprives you of all right to exercise any act as Ordinary of our Diocese, even before any authority in the Church declares that you have fallen into schism, since your schism from a lawfully elected pope is an incontrovertible fact at the present.

I urge you therefore to investigate these matters and immediately issue a public declaration that your adhesion to Leo XIV does not constitute a fact whereby you intend to adhere to anything which was done illegally, and that you remain open to the judgement of the Church and future popes as to the legitimacy of the Election, and therefore want all your priests to know that no Catholic in your diocese is to be persecuted for relating this information or refusing adhesion to Robert Prevost’s claim to the papacy.

Finally, in the fullness of fraternal charity in Christ, I inform you that the Catholics of Rome, using the right which they have, according to the infallible teaching of Pope Nicholas II, above mentioned, have elected validly the true Roman Pontiff, on Nov. 23, 2025, and that his name is Hildebrand, and his official website is SedesApostolica.Info.
