In January, it was announced by the Vatican, that Cardinal Giovanni Battista Re was named Dean of the College of Cardinals. Since it it the duty of the Dean to convoke the College, I wrote him a Letter in Latin to express my concerns, in accord with Canon 212, regarding the canonical status of Pope Benedict XVI, in the assumption that he may not be aware of them.
Here is the text of my letter, which he received more than 2 weeks ago:

Vobis scribo ex iure mihi concesso ab papa Ioanne Paolo II in canone 212, ad Vobis manifestandas inconvenientias graves in declaratione quae emissa est ab papa Benedicto XVI in Festo B. V. M. Lapurdensis anno Domini 2013.
In primis, ministerii eius renuntiatio non est conformans normae canonis 332 §2 qui renuntiationem muneris petrini requirit et hinc est actus nullus qui secundum canonem 41 neminem constringat.
Secundo, nemini licet ut interpres sit actus renuntiationis papalis, et hinc omnis interpretatio actus istius invalida ac illicita esto qui munus legat ubi ministerium scribatur.
Tertio, in dicendo ministerium et non munus vir qui est papa Benedictus XVI actum validum non ponere potest sine concessione derogationis secundum canonem 38 et hinc quia aliquid tale non fecit ut Romanus Pontifex actum irritum posuit ut vir qui est Pontifex.
Quarto, in ministerii renuntiatione et non muneris actus apparens papalis renuntiationis irritus est secundum canonem 188 per errorem substantialem quoniam essentia actus necessaria penes canonem 332 §2 est renuntiatio muneris non ministerii.
Quinto, non est libertas ad muneri renuntiandum quo renuntiatio ministerii fiat et hinc actus talis deficit ex debito canonis 332 §2 ad libere faciendum actum renuntiationis muneris et hinc invalidus est.
Sexto, non est ritualis manifestatio ubi non est manifestatio actus debiti, et quia impossibile est quod actus ministerii renuntiationis manifestet renuntiationem muneris, hinc est invalidus secundum canonem 332 §2.
Septimo, quoniam aliquot diebus post declarationis enuntiationem actus integer non habebatur, impossibile est quod actus Cardinalis Decani precedentis validus fuit ad renuntiationem papalis annuntiandam secundum normam canonis 40 et postea ad conclavem convocandam.

Here is my English translation of the Letter, for the benefit of the readers of FromRome.Info
Your Eminence,
I am writing you on account of the right granted me by Pope John Paul II in canon 212, to make known to you the grave problems in the Declaratio which was pronounced by Pope Benedict XVI on the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes, in the year of Our Lord 2013.
First of all, His renunciation of ministry is not in conformity with the norm of Canon 332 §2 which requires the renuntiation of the Petrine Munus, and hence it is an actus nullus which according to canon 41 constrains no one.
Second, it is not licit for anyone to be the interpretor of a papal renunciation, and hence every interpretation of that act of His, which reads “munus” where “ministerium” is written, is invalid and illicit.
Third, in saying “ministerium” and not “munus” the man who is Pope Benedict XVI cannot posit a valid act without the concession of a derogation, according to canon 38, and hence because he never did any such thing, as the Roman Pontiff, he posited, as the man who is the Pontiff, an actus irritus.
Fourth, in renouncing ministry and not munus, the apparent act of papal renunciation is irritus according to canon 188 by means of a substantial error, since the essence of the act necessary under the terms of Canon 332 §2 is a renunciation of munus, not of ministerium.
Fifth, there is no liberty to renounce munus where a renunication of ministerium is made and hence such an act fails from what is due in Canon 332 §2 regarding a free act of renuncaition of munus, and hence is invalid.
Sixth, there is no due manifestation where there is no manifestation of the due act, and because it is impossible that an act of renunciation of ministerium manifest an act of renunciation of munus, hence it is invalid according to Canon 332 §2.
Seventh, since for some days after the pronouncement of the declaration the integral act was not had, it is impossible that the act of the previous Cardinal Dean was valid to announce a papal renunciation, according to the norm of Canon 40 and afterwards to convoke a conclave.
Eighth, all the actions of Pope Benedict XVI throughout the last 7 years demonstrate that he understands munus as a vocation and grace never to be rejected and not as a renounced ministerium or ecclesiastical office, and it is evident that this is true, because He bears still that Name and clothing and dignity of a pope as a personal possession, which is clearly a demonstration that he did not have nor has the intention of renouncing the munus.
For all these reasons, I humbly beg you for the sake of the Holy Church of God to call a convocation of the Cardinals in the presence of Pope Benedict XVI, at an opportune time, to seek the truth in this matter so as to bear away all doubt concerning the petrine succession for the sake of the salvation of Christ’s Church. The elimination of this doubt is the right and due to all the parties in this controversy and harms none of them.

Saul Alinsky was a radical Marxist Jew from Chicago, USA, who before his death, compiled 13 demonic rules for how to overthrow social groups, based on his experience in organizing collective action against established political, social and religious structures. He published these in a book entitled, Rules for Radicals. — Here, the word, “radical” means a Marxist of the Gramescian kind who seeks to undermine a non-Marxist society from within so as to bring down the system, rather than organizing the proletariat for open armed revolution.
Alinsky’s 10 Rules for Radicals are a sort of luciferian way of practicing deceit in the most concealed and vicious manner. They are the classical reflection of an distorted passive aggressive psychopathy which recognized no objective moral norm to respect, uphold or promote the common good, and contrariwise inverts the approach the individual should have to that common good by advocating what is directly opposed to it. These rules are, thus, truly demonic:
Since the Bergoglian revolution is being run by Marxists — that is undeniable — it should not surprise us that those fellow Catholics who recognize Bergoglio as their leader should either openly advocate Marxism or use the tactics of Alinsky to counter Bergoglio’s enemies — the chief of which are those Catholics who recognize the teaching of the Church regarding when a Pope duly resigns and when he does not. Since Pope Benedict XVI never duly resigned, he is still the pope. And profession of that historical fact is the chief and most destructive assault against the Big Lie, used by the Bergoglian Church, to present itself as the Church of Jesus Christ and deceive the Elect.
Catholics are increasingly aware that these tactics are being used now by Trad Inc. to sustain their ridiculous position of “recognize and resist” — This position holds that a Catholic is morally, doctrinally and canonically obliged to hold that Bergoglio is the Pope, but that he is also morally and doctrinally obliged to oppose his errors. — In practice, the “Recognize and Resist” Movement is one which denies that Bergoglio has ever uttered a formal heresy or that if he has he is never pertinacious in adhesion to it. Furthermore, they hold that canon 1364 can never apply to him, because he is the pope, even though Canon Law makes for no such provision or privilege. They deny the entire teaching of the Fathers and Doctors of the Church that formal, manifest pertinacity in heresy causes a man to lose all membership, office and dignity in the Church. And they especially deny that the words of Canon Law or of the Declaratio of Pope Benedict XVI have any precise meaning or use if it contradicts their position.
Thus the “Recognize and Resist” Movement is more about recognizing and very little about resisting. And thus its effect is totally about causing Catholics to submit to the Bergoglian Church and practice non-think about the abominations, heresies and scandals which are going on, not to mention, about the failed renunciation of Pope Benedict XVI. Indeed, the “Recognize and Resist” Movement seems to be a position slightly to the right of Opus Dei, which is all about Recognizing and nothing about Resisting in public — they in fact tell their members to shut up and stop thinking about the problems and stop being active on social media.
Therefore, it should not surprise anyone, that the “Recognize and Resist” Movement has begun to employ Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals, because in the defense of a lie there is no better tool that to employ the demonic.
Ann Barnhardt is a pubic figure in the United States of America, who is famous for her commentary on current issues which cuts to the heart of the problem. Since the spring of 2016, she has rightly and sanely argued and demonstrated that the Renunciation of Pope Benedict did not separate him from the Papal Office and that the claims that he is no longer the Pope are the Big Lie of the present crisis of the Church. Countless Catholics today recognize Pope Benedict XVI because of the work of Barnhardt and those who came to know the truth of Church teaching and Canon Law about papal resignations through her. This is why the enemies of Pope Benedict seek to attack her more than anyone else. She blogs at Barnhardt.biz.
The recent attacks on Ann Barnhardt, chief of all, seem to be employing the Rules for Radicals. In Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals, we have, for example, Rule 13, “Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” This means, in regard to persons, to dissuade the public from consideration of the truths professed by an individual by attacking that individual on personal issues.
Then there is Rule 5, “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon,” which has been honed into a fine art by Steve Skojec, editor and publisher of OnePeterFive.com — apparently a commercial site, because of its *.com, but in reality organized in US Law as a non-profit, where it appears from its tax filings 100% of funds raised, after expenses, go to Skojec or family members.*

Then there is Alinsky’s Rule 6, “A good tactic is one that your people enjoy,” which seems to be the case with Skojec, because he would not revel so much in insulting others, if he did not enjoy it. It also seems to be enjoyable to the rest of Trad Inc. because NONE of them — to my knowledge — reprehend Skojec and others for doing this.
Catholics, however, know that to insult others in public is the mortal sin of contumely, and so disdain it. Yes, insult an error or falsehood or behavior, but not a person.
Then there is Rule 11, “If you push a negative hard and deep enough it will break through into its counterside,” by which Alinsky appears to mean that you keep disparaging and misrepresenting your opponent until the opponent thinks he has a problem, or at least the general public does. The truth is quite the opposite. As anyone and everyone knows, who reads Ann’s arguments, she always cites reality or Church documents. She never say that anyone should listen to her because she is the source of authority. She is always saying that everyone needs to confront and accept reality, and overcome their inhibitions to live by the teachings and faith of the Church. — Whereas, it is Steve Skojec who is constantly insisting that Catholics ignore Canon Law and the teachings of the Church and Saints as regards the infallibility of the Roman Pontiff and the indefectibility of his person, because some late Scholastic Theologian said something with the word “canonical” in it, but he, Steve Skojec, cancels out that word, and uses the statement as a new rule for discernment against which no teaching of the Church or canon law can be cited, without showing madness or insanity or a schismatic or heretical spirit.
The general attack, used most of all, however, even by pro-Bergoglian apologists, of the kind which Skojec is certainly not, is Rule 3. “Whenever possible go outside the expertise of the enemy.” However, this rule did them in, because little did they know, that there are Catholics out there who are far more capable of understanding Church teaching than they themselves are capable of crafting arguments against it. — Praise be to God!
As Catholics we should reject all the methods and lies of Satan. We should likewise reject the methods and lies of all false ideologies, especially Marxism. When we see any individual or group doing things of this kind in the Church, then we have found a true cancer in the Church, because it does not live by the teachings of Jesus and the examples He has given us, or His Holy Spirit has given in the Saints.
Such individuals objectively are not in communion with the Church, nay, they work against it by striving to kill souls and deceive them. Perhaps they do not know what they are doing, because sin can blind the mind so much as to make it barely capable of discerning its own culpability. But we cannot ignore the fact that by such behavior, whatever persons or groups do such things, they are not in communion with the Church, morally or spiritually speaking, because being in grave mortal sin and working against Her, they have not the life of God in them.
Aiding and abetting such individuals and groups would be a sin of collaboration in the evil they propose. But helping them see their error is a great work of mercy, because it respects them as creatures of God, even if at times they might act like individuals unworthy of the pearls thrown at them.
Nevertheless, a sustained and constant attack by officers of corporations and media outlets against the teaching of the Church on any point must be seen for what it is. Catholics can no longer ignore that the “Recognize and Resist” Movement is at the service of evil in itself, and of even greater evil, inasmuch as it gives power to Bergoglio in sustaining his false claims to be the Pope and to not be a formal, pertinacious heretic.

To whom it may concern,
although this may the Lord give unimaginable, soon it may not be possible to say aloud that marriage is a union between a woman and a man, or that same-sex couples should not adopt children.
Radical activists for years trying to use the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg to exert pressure on individual states and their citizens. In January, the judges found that any criticism of LGBT political demands, which will adversely affect the “psychological well-being” of people running homosexual lifestyle, should be punished with the office as a “homophobic hate speech”. Moreover, the Court considers that the understanding of the family as a community based on the relationship of man and woman is a “stereotype” that could lead to discrimination based on sexual orientation.
At the same time flow of Strasbourg judgments forcing the state to register the recognition of homosexual cohabitation, and those that were registered abroad. All this is possible because the Court has developed the concept according to which the European Convention on Human Rights is “a living instrument”. Therefore, the provisions created 70 years ago can interpret other content than those who saw them as authors.
It is only a matter of time when the decision to undermine the basis of family law will be taken in relation to the Polish. Therefore, we must firmly oppose the blatant limiting freedom of speech and attempts to impose legal solutions contrary to the Polish Constitution.
All this is possible because of years of Strasbourg judges are subject to pressure only from the extreme left organizations. Only few organizations defending life and the family present their argument on its board. That’s why we decided to increase our involvement in the work of the Court – in the last year allowed us to participate in the proceedings and we submitted 30 applications to join 12 consecutive.
Thanks to our common commitment Strasbourg Court can recover its true function. And that is the most important defense of human rights, rather than forcing the ideological postulates of the radical left. Only in this way our motherland before uchronimy international pressure and the realization of the objectives of radical LGBT activists.
A large concern is the recent judgment in the case of two activists of the Lithuanian LGBT organization Lietuvos Lyga gay, who posted on Facebook a provocative image. At the entry discussion started, which fell many harsh words. Although activists filed a notice of suspicion of committing a crime, the Lithuanian prosecutor’s office refused to initiate an investigation without noticing the entries incitement to violence and hatred. This decision upheld another Lithuanian courts. The case went to the European Court of Human Rights.
Strasbourg Court did not share the Lithuanian justice. Instead, it will be limited to the assessment of the most aggressive entries, international judges used the case as an excuse to very dangerous move – consolidating and extending the concept of “homophobic hate speech”.
The judges in Strasbourg decided that punishable “hate speech” is not only a clear incitement to physical aggression, but also every statement, which is “an attack on the mental integrity” homosexual persons. Nobody questions the fact that the incitement to violence or murder and should be banned regardless of the sexual practices of the victims of this act. However, I do not have to convince the Lord, how dangerous the idea to punish mere spoil someone’s well-being!
Our response and firm criticism of the judgment were necessary. If the extreme thesis Court entrenched, it’s not only in Lithuania, where matters went to the Court, but also in Poland and throughout Europe the right to criticize LGBT activists will be crushed criminal sanctions.
Therefore immediately published an analysis of the judgment, in which we have shown that homosexual activists entitled to the same protection as all citizens, and not because that – as is clear from the judgment – suffered their “psychological well-being” associated with running the homosexual lifestyle.
We have emphasized that banning debates on important social issues that inherently involve distortion of well-being part of the adversaries, is a violation of freedom of expression protected under Article. 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights. Meanwhile, the January ruling of the Court is also contrary to the golden rule expressed in the judgment of the ECtHR in the famous Handyside case, according to which freedom of expression includes the right to speak that offend, shock or disturb the social.
The latest judgment of the Court no doubt will be quickly used by LGBT activists across Europe to kneblowania mouth all those who do not agree with forsowanymi their political demands.
This tactic also apply remembering the Polish LGBT activists. Evidence of this attack on the director of our Center for International Law Karolina Pawlowska, the author analyzes the controversial judgment of the Court in Strasbourg.
Shortly after he published a critical opinion on the ruling, Center for Monitoring racist and xenophobic behavior full of manipulation and falsification commentary suggested that our lawyer is the author of obscene words, which actually appeared in the photo Lithuanian activists. I have no doubt that on the basis of those judgments, the Council of Europe may put pressure on the authorities of our country to tighten the law on hate speech and punish criticism of the homosexual lifestyle.
Although Polish law protects people with homosexual preferences as any other citizen, punishing threats against them and allowing them to defend the good name of civil law. LGBT ideologists, however, are demanding the creation of separate criminal provisions in the Criminal Code that will protect not only the person, what lifestyle.
Therefore, LGBT activists “document” alleged acts of “homophobic hate speech” in Poland, which are to justify the creation of separate regulations. Many of these examples is a so curious, it’s hard to believe that the authors of the report are serious readers. For example, in the report of the Campaign Against Homophobia on this as a sign of “homophobic hate speech” it was … a survey saying that the overwhelming majority of Poles oppose the adoption of children by same-sex cohabiting. According to the Ombudsman Adam Bodnar “homophobic hate speech” is a statement curator Barbara Nowak, who criticized the adoption by the Warsaw City Hall dangerous Declaration of LGBT +.
The situation is all the more dangerous because along with restrictions on freedom of speech under the dictation of LGBT activists are going judicial pressure on the institutionalization of homosexual cohabitation. Among them are the applications of four same-sex couples living in Poland, which accuse the Polish state “a violation of their right to privacy and family life” because of inability to conclude single-sex relationship.
We proceeded to all these proceedings and we give them legal opinions. In subsequent cases of this kind we submitted the formal application to join the proceedings. Today, no key issue will no longer be able to take place without a clear and strong voice in defense of the Ordo Juris family, marriage, life and freedom.
In addition to starting the proceedings, we prepared for the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs analysis showing proper defense strategy constitutional values against radical concepts of the revolutionary left.
We have no doubt that the only effective way to protect against the imposition of Poland solutions contrary to our constitution is to express an internationally unequivocal opposition to the new case-law of the Court. We urge the ministry to clearly express opposition to these decisions. Strong opposition to the line of rulings by the Court of a guarantee that Poland – as so. “Protesting the state” is not in the near future linked to a new form of customary law.
International law is designed so that the judgments of the Strasbourg Court, have a significant impact on the most important and daily affairs in Poland, such as freedom of mine and of the Lord, or freedom of social organizations and the Church to proclaim their beliefs, and even the freedom of scientists to publish research results striking the rules of political correctness.

It was reported in English, today, by LifeSite News, that the Vice-President of the German Bishop’s Conference said: “For us, Christ became a human being, not a man”. — The context seems to imply that the word man is being used in the sense of a human who is not female.
To say that the Son of God became a human being, not a man — here man is used in the sense of an individual substance of human nature, that is, a created person, who is human and male — is heresy.
It is heresy, because it says that the Son of God became another individual other than Who He is. That would imply that He was no longer the Son of God.
Perhaps it can be interpreted to say that the Son of God became also another individual other than who He is, but that would be the Heresy of Nestorianism, which Held that Christ was two individuals fused by a moral union or harmonious activity.
But the Bishop shows that he knows even less theology, because he says, “Christ became a human being, not a man”, but the Name of Christ refers to the Son of God Incarnate, or at least, if you are an adoptionist heretic, to the Man who is conceived in the womb of the Virgin.
Catholics instead say that the Son became incarnate, and that Jesus is the Christ. You can say that the Son is the Christ, but you need to add, “in His incarnation”. This is because the Name of “Christ”, means “The Anointed One”, and to be anointed you need to have a physical body in the proper sense.
The Catholic Faith is this: The Eternal Son of God, Who is a Divine Person possessing fully the Divinity of the Father, but being distinct as person from the Father, became Man, that is was incarnate in the womb of the Virgin. In that incarnation He assumed or took to himself a Human Nature of an real supposit, but united it to His Divine Person by an eternal bond, never to be broken again. That is why that Man is not a man, but the Human Nature of the Eternal Son. For this reason that Man is not a human being, because that Man does not subsist by a human nature or by a created act of being, but subsists by the same act of Being of the Eternal Son, in virtue of the Hypostatic Union, or inseparable personal possession of that Man by the Son. Thus to touch Jesus, the Man, is to touch the Son of God, and hence to touch the Divine Nature. That is what makes the worship of Jesus an act of worship of God. And that is what makes the Christian Religion the only true Faith.
A lot of Catholics do not understand these distinctions, because they have never studied Catholic Theology. That this Bishop gets it so wrong is a clear sign that he is incompetent to be a Bishop and that the Synod he is a part of is probably also such.

We live in a very bizarre age, when professional gossipers (aka journalists) are the puppet masters of the masses, because 95% of everyone allows them to dictate the boundaries of reality, history, morality and religion. And until some noted journalist uses the word, “Heresy”, “Schismatic” or “Apostate” in reference to someone who merits the term(s), then no rational person would ever accuse a fellow Catholic of such a horrible offense on his own judgement, because as they say, “everyone knows that it is schismatic to refuse communion with a fellow Catholic in good standing. And good standing means, he has not yet been officially condemned by the Church!”
This is gaslighting, of course. Gas-lighting is a term which everyone should familiarize themselves with. It is the tactic of those practiced in psychological manipulation used to get clients, subjects, inferiors to deny the reality they see and know and accept that the reality is what the manipulator claims it to be.
As soon as Bergoglio was “elected” the gaslighting began. You are seeing things, He is the pope, you cannot talk that way about the pope. Dissent is a mortal sin. If you do not accept him you are outside the Church. You are not Catholic!
Lately, as the heresies and malevolence of Bergoglio explode out of all proportions to any previous heretic in the history of the Church, some Catholics who were formerly famous for their doctrinal and moral orthodoxy are going into apoplectic fits in their attempts to stifle recognition of the reality. ‘Recognize and Resist’, is their mantra. They are hell bent, literally, on remaining in communion with Bergoglio and don’t you dare rain on their fantasies by showing them facts of Canon Law (canon 1364, 1329 etc.) which show that by Divine right, heretics are outside of the Church as soon as they profess heresy.
These apologists of the revolution are just as hell bent on denying the reality of the failed renunciation of Pope Benedict (cf. ppbxvi.org for complete information). They become discombobulated and lash out. They show that their attachment to “Pope Francis” is neither rational or reasonable, it is visceral. How visceral depends, I suppose, on whether they observe the 6th or 9th Commandments.
This complete psychological and intellectual and spiritual breakdown is a result of what I call the Iscariot Conundrum. I use “Iscariot” here in the sense of the Aramaic word for a man from the same town as the false Apostle, Judas Iscariot. Since like him, they have sold the true Christ for the 30 pieces of silver of public recognition by the Cardinals as a “faithful Catholic”* and since they did it for purely selfish, sentimental, non-rational and non-legal or non-dogmatic reasons, they explode with emotion the more you point out to them that they have built their house upon a false premise. So they lash out more and more and lose all traces of the fine Character they once exhibited, becoming in the process, ironically, the very likeness of dialogue which Bergoglio is, a nasty, name-calling Troll.
No less that Archbishop Gänswein, the personal secretary of Pope Benedict XVI and the Head of the Pontifical Household (which has only one guest, HINT HINT) said that what Benedict did in February 2013 was on account of a state of emergency.
His words and opinions are debated as to what they mean, but it would be ludicrous to deny the reality which is visible to all the world, namely, that THE APOSTOLIC SEE IS IMPEDED.
To say the Apostolic See is impeded, means that the Pope cannot act as Pope for some reason, either external coercion, or there is no pope, or the pope refuses to act out of some irrational or rational conviction. This ‘being impeded’ causes a state of necessity, because the visible head of the visible Church is for all practical purposes non-functioning. The state of necessity is necessity of the kind which is required for continued functioning of the Church. Since the normal order of governance is obstructed, the observance of merely positive laws upon which it are based, by necessity, must be omitted.
Our Lord teaches us this general principle on the small scale, when, on one occasion He and His Apostles crossed a wheat-field during a time in which they had had nothing to eat (Mark 2:23), and some of them ate the grains of wheat which were near to being harvested, some Pharasees complained they were violating the Sabbath Laws against doing work on the Sabbath. Our Lord pointed out that the necessity of their hunger allowed them to not observe the law on harvesting. He replied with a forceful Semitic way of speaking, saying, “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath!” (Mark 2:27)
The law against harvesting was instituted no less than by Moses (Exodus 23:12, Deuteronomy 5:12,14), who had a lot more authority in the Old Covenant (Moses basically wrote the entire thing, under God’s inspiration and direction) than the Pope has in the New Covenant (the pope cannot change the Bible, not even the Our Father — though a lot of clergy are confused on this point).
Also, it is clear, by the principles of logic (ex minore),** that if Our Lord says it is licit to appeal to a state of necessity, to suspend laws of the Old Covenant given by Moses, because men are hungry on a Saturday afternoon, then obviously it is licit to suspend laws of the Pope, in the New Covenant, WHEN THE SALVATION OF ALL SOULS ON EARTH UNTIL THE END OF TIME is put in grave and imminent danger. To deny this would be sheer insanity. This is poignantly true, when one faction in the Church wants to suspend the New Covenant and found a new religion, and the other faction must chose between observing certain man made laws and allowing the Covenant to be transgressed, or not observing them so as to prevent the transgression of the Covenant.
This principle of the abeyance of positive law in a state of necessity is sanctioned by no less than Pope Pius VI, in his Bull, Cum nos superiori anno, of Nov. 13, 1798, where he grants to the Cardinals the right to derogate from all non essential aspects of the papal laws on Conclaves, on account of the de facto suppression of the Church of Rome by the Roman Republic, led by French Revolutionaries.***
Extending this lesson to the affairs of the Church, it follows then, as good Christians, we ARE OBLIGED by divine faith to return to the general principle which Jesus laid down, namely, THE SALVATION OF SOULS IS THE HIGHEST LAW. For the Salvation of Souls the Eternal Father sacrificed His own Son, and His own Son accepted His ignominious death on a Cross. FOR THE SALVATION OF SOULS.
If there is anyone, therefore, in the Church, that holds that we must wait for the Pope (Benedict) to do something, or some future pope to do something, THEY ARE OUT OF THEIR MINDS and more correctly, THEY ARE PHARASEES who are raising up the positive laws established by the Church (which indicate what cannot be done without permission of superiors) to the level of rules which would require the Church to commit suicide waiting for some sort of divine intervention without human collaboration. A divine intervention without human collaboration, in the present case of the impeded See, HAS NEVER BEEN explicitly PROMISED. (I understand that there are some great promises from Our Lord and our Lady, but none of them refer explicitly to a promise to solve this problem.)
The concept of Divine Right (ius divinum) is a concept of classical late scholasticism, very popular in the time of the Council of Trent and thereafter. It refers to things which have been decreed by God. The office of Peter exists by divine right, for example.
Apostolic Right (ius apostolicum) is not as well recognized. It refers to the decisions of the Apostles for the governance of the Church. It is of Apostolic right that the church in one city can be governed by several priests, for example.
Both Divine Right and Apostolic Right are superior to Canon Law. As an aside, what most Catholics do not know, is that for more than 1000 years, except for canons decreed in Councils, the Church had no canon law. Canon Law is not of Divine or Apostolic institution, though the First Council of Jerusalem c. 45 A.D. did hand down decisions and is the exemplar for all Councils and Synods in the Church.
Apostolic right also includes some things which are not observed in the normal course of affairs, because since the time of the Apostles the Sacred Hierarchy, for the good ordering of the Church in normal circumstances has laid down canons or established laws to conduct the affairs of the Church differently.
Take for example the election of Bishops. The Apostles appointed Bishops before they died. But when they had passed to eternal Glory, they left it to each diocese by Apostolic Right to chose their own bishop. And by “to each diocese”, I mean to the Catholics of each diocese, laity, religious and clergy. This is how the Church survived 10 Roman persecutions. No one was writing Rome to ask for an appointment, when their Bishop died.
Also, it is of Apostolic Right that every Bishop serves as ordinary of his diocese until death. There was no retirement. That is a novelty created by Paul VI to eliminate Catholics from the College of Bishops and replace them with sodomite revolutionaries. Canon Law implicitly recognizes that this concept of mandatory retirement is contrary to Apostolic Right, in that it does not require Bishops to resign, it says only that they should submit a letter of resignation upon reaching the age of 75.
It is also of Apostolic Right that the Bishops can convene in Synods and Councils. There is, to my knowledge, no evidence that every Synod in Church History, which is regarded as a true hierarchical act, was approved of by the Pope. The current positive laws require that the Pope consent, but Apostolic Right does not require that. Apostolic Right is more rational, because when there is no pope or when the pope is a prisoner, how can the Bishops get permission?
But the general reason for the revival of Apostolic Right has to do with the inherent principle of subsidiarity in a perfect society. This principle was recognized by Pope Leo XIII. It holds that when the higher authority in a perfect society fails, then the lower authority has the right to take up the duty of the higher authority and act inasmuch it is necessary to act to preserve or defend that society. Since the College of Bishops as a whole succeeds the Apostles, when the See of Peter is impeded, each and every Bishop has the moral and Apostolic Right to exercise in a certain sense the authority of the Apostles to put the Church back in proper working order. This is an awesome responsibility reserved to extreme cases of necessity, such as is happening today, with both a public heretic ruling the Vatican and a Pope (Benedict) who thinks it is no longer his duty to govern the Church or vindicate his own rights as Christ’s Vicar.
In a State of Emergency, Apostolic and Divine Right revive on points which are now, in the regular course of Church affairs, regulated by canon law, presupposing an Apostolic See which is not impeded. These positive laws of the Church, which if observed, would lead to the destruction of the Church or the loss of souls are suspended in force. That is, it is no longer a canonical crime or moral fault NOT to observe them with due reason.
If there are any Catholic Bishops or Cardinals on earth, then they need to recognize this before it is too late, or the woeful warning of Our Lady of Akita will come to pass, that the faithful become deprived of the Sacraments of Penance and Eucharist and Orders, because no Bishop had the sense to see that he had the Apostolic or Divine right to act to preserve the Sacred Hierarchy during an impeded Papacy.
This is because, with the Apostles no longer on Earth, and the See of Peter silent, each and every member of College of Bishops who remains Catholic can licitly assume the duties of the Apostles for the propagation and preservation of the Faith.
Some of the things any Bishop, with or without jurisdiction, can do, by Divine or Apostolic right, during an impeded Papacy are as follows:
In fact, during the first 1500 years of the Church, we see Bishops regularly doing many if not all of these things. They had the benefit of not being plagued in conscience by positive Church law, but the system worked. Now that the Apostolic See, nay the Vatican, is completely impeded and taken over by heretics, the Bishops must act!
This is not the imaginary case of Sedevacantists who don’t like a pope nor the sounder case of Traditionalists don’t want to abandon liturgical traditions of their Rite: this is the case of a direct frontal attack on the the New Covenant: the Deposit of the Faith, Scripture and Tradition, through open denials of key dogmas and doctrines and disciplines which come from Jesus Christ and His Apostles.
Please pray for the Bishops of the Church, for if they do not act, the entire wealth, power, prestige of the Church will be robbed by a sect of marxist sodomites and 100s of millions of souls will perish without right doctrine and sacraments.
Please also talk to your Bishop, if he appears to be somewhat Catholic. This is crucial. I know Catholics who have contacts and who are doing this right now. But more needs to be done.
The Catholic laity, on account of the inaction of the Bishops, are being forced to accept Sacraments from heretics and schismatics and perverse sodomites. They have the Divine right to be cared for pastorally by Catholic clergy who are in communion with the true Pope. And this right is being DEMONICALLY AND UNIVERSALLY TRANSGRESSED in all dioceses throughout the Catholic world in the present Crisis.
We have the Divine and Apostolic right to act with insistence and with full approval of Christ’s teaching and example.

The Lavender Mafia is the popular term, among Catholic circles, for the trans-generational conspiracy of corrupt and perverse men in the Catholic Hierarchy and clergy by which they promote and protect their own members and interests.
The leading or most powerful faction of which is the St. Gallen Mafia, a name which several of the members of the group, give to themselves, in their work to oppose and undermine the work of Pope John Paul II since 1992, with the specific aim of putting one of their own on the Throne of Saint Peter.
They nearly achieved this in 2005 in the conclave which chose Joseph Ratzinger, rather than Jorge Mario Bergoglio, to succeed the Polish Pope of world fame.
But whereas Ratzinger won the conclave, it appears from many factors that the St. Gallen Mafia won the battle, because their defeat by such a meek and non-pathologically non-manipulative candidate wet their appetite for power, seeing that they thought that they could control him completely.
After an 8 year war of attrition against Pope Benedict some sort of demand or pressure was put on him, sufficient to convince him to apparently resign. And since that time, both hands of the Lavender Mafia have been in perfect harmony, and kept to the same narrative.
The Left Hand, or St. Gallen Mafia, which got control of the Vatican: Benedict freely and duly resigned the Papacy. Stop. Don’t think about it. Don’t read Canon Law. Don’t even read the Latin of the Declaratio. Whatever the pope said or did, We will tell you what it meant and means. Shut up, or you are a schismatic who questions the Great Leader and are outside the Church!
The Right Hand of the Lavender Mafia, which got rid of the Pope who was investigating everyone, even those who are doctrinally sound and liturgically traditional and conservative: such groups as the Legionnaires of Christ. Other groups with notorious problems with pedophiles are now relieved that the German Inquisitor has been silenced.
Both groups want him to stay that way. Both groups, hence, went on the attack as of Feb. 29, 2013. It was all Benedict’s Fault, his papacy was a failure. The Right hand said they did not get enough Latin Masses and he had abandoned them; the Left hand said he was being too strict on disciplining priests and was lost in a bygone era.
Both groups fully support “Pope Francis”: he is certainly, without any doubt the Pope and anyone who thinks otherwise is an ”’extremist” or a ”’schismatic”. The Right hand criticizes but does nothing. They want the revolution, but prefer to be the leaders of it. The Left hand know how to deal with the Right hand, better.
They both are now savoring the idea of married priests, gay marriage and the authorization of every abominable desire they have long desired and cultivated in their hearts. The Left hand is only more sincere, they say it openly. The Right hand is deceitful, they say they do not want that, but they do not thing to resist it because they want it too.
As for Canon Law, what the hell is that ? !
So the next time you meet with your favorite Bishop or Cardinal, ask him if he is part of the Revolution by pushing for it, or by doing nothing against it. — And if he says neither, then demand he prove it by condemning Bergoglio for heresy and declaring Benedict never resigned the papacy!

Many Catholics, including myself, have been shocked, surprised and increasingly dismayed by the near total silence and absolute agreement of the formerly reputable Catholic news outlets, since Feb. 11, 2013. There has been much speculation that they had some sort of Narrative Control Agreement, or were being directed from the Vatican or by some Cardinal to toe a line and not report anything which questioned the legitimacy of the revolution which swept Pope Benedict XVI from power in 2013.
Trad Inc. is the shorthand for speaking about this group without mentioning the members as a sort of diplomatic way on social media, of speaking about the problem without speaking about the members of this Media Collective.

ROME — Feb. 5, 2020: According to Father Vincenzo Han Duo, Vice Director of the Pontifical University Urbaniana, the Vatican has exported to China more than 600 thousand medical masks to help obstruct the spread of the Corona Virus.
His statements were reported by SIR in Italian, here.
This news is the first public confirmation that the Vatican has entered into close economic and political ties with the Communist Dictatorship of Peking. As an independent sovereign State, the Vatican can effectively bypass all international regulations for imports to the Chinese Dictatorship.

ROME — Feb 5, 2020 A. D.: In a report from Die Tagespost, and confirmed by Marco Tosatti as credible, it is reported today that Archbishop Georg Gänswein, prefect of the Papal Household has been told by Bergoglio not to return to the Office of the Prefecture of the Pontifical Household. When asked, when he might return, no answer was given by the Argentine.
Several news agencies have been reporting that for more than a week, the Archbishop was not seed at the side of Bergoglio during public audiences. Speculation abounded.
This puts Gänswein’s position in doubt. Because in his Christmas mailings, he no longer styled himself as the private secretary (Segretario privato) of Pope Benedict XVI, but only as his particular secretary (segretario particolare).
Il Messaggero’s report is even more dire for the Archbishop: their sources inside the Vatican say that Gänswein is no longer seen walking with Pope Benedict XVI as he says his daily rosary in the Vatican gardens.
The only conclusion is, that the Archbishop should have heeded the Lord Jesus, who said: You cannot serve two masters (Matthew 6:24).
FromRome.Info predicts that shortly Bergoglio will announce a replacement for the Archbishop in both posts, that of Prefect of the Papal Household, and that of jail keeper of the true Pope.
