There is no explicit statement of rejection or acceptance, which is a diplomatic way of saying, “It’s broken”, that is, “it will not be implemented”. — This is the weakest, explicit, testimony, but very sound criticism.

Zambia
The Bishops of Zambia refused to implement the document and said they will reflect on it some more since it goes against local laws against sodomy. — No wonder Pope Francis used his trip in the Spring to urge them to decriminalize sodomy.

And it has the same problem as Amoris laetitia, a document whose name has been observed by other latinists, to have double meaning.
Amoris laetitia can mean in Latin, “the joy of sex”.
And “Fiducia supplicans” is not much different.
Because literally it means, “In trust, bending over“, which could be understood to be referring to the kind of submission the man who bends over has, when he is raped anally.
Evidently, Pope Francis is a very sick man, not only physically, but also psychologically and spiritually. It all began to manifest itself on March 14, 2013, when he took journalists with him to watch him buy underwear. — At the report of that, my late mother — God rest her soul — who was an expert in child psychology, blurted out, “This man is sick in the head”. How right she was!
Editor’s Note: Here I will break silence on the Burke affair, with a short observation, namely, that I do not think it is a coincidence that petitions regarding the Sutri Initative started arriving at the offices of the Bishops of the Roman Province, just a week before Pope Francis moved against Bishop Strickland, ordered Paroline to craft a an apparently Catholic Letter to the German Bishops, and then punished Burke without cause, declaring this eminent Canonist “my enemy”, to prepare the way for his birthday mess of ‘Fiducia supplicans’.

Who after a very good critique, felt under some sort of compulsion to wish a blessing on all sodomites. — This is what I call the “wink, wink” maneuver.
On Monday, Dec. 18, 2023, the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, headed by Cardinal Fernadez published a Declaration entitled Fiducia supplicans.
Seeing that this document has scandalized the entire world, inasmuch as it says that habitual sinners, living in the vices of fornication, adultery and or sodomy can receive the blessing of a priest of Jesus Christ, it is necessary that all understand clearly and precisely what legal value this document has in the Catholic Church.
The laws of the Church are codified in the Code of Canon Law published by John Paul II in 1983. And so, when discussing the legitimacy or legal status of any instruction or document signed by any Cardinal or the Pope, one speaks about the juridical or canonical validity.
Canonical validity is a species of the genus of juridical validity. To say that something is canonically valid is to say that it does have force of law according to the canons of the Church published in the Code of Canon Law. To say that some instruction or document is juridically valid, is to say that it does have some binding force upon subjects, in this case, of faithful Catholics members of the Catholic Church.
Therefore, to the Question whether Fiducia supplicans is canonically valid, the answer is “It is NOT!”.
And to the Question whether Fiducia supplicans is juridically valid, the answer is “It is NOT!”.
And the reasons for these two answers are multiple. Let me explain.
First of all, as Vatican I teaches, the Pope has no authority to teach novel doctrines. Nor does he have any authority to teach things which are contrary to revealed truths, right morals, or against the Divine, Natural or Evangelical Law. Thus if he attempt to, he he attempting to do something beyond his powers. And thus his act or attempt is ultra vires, and thus null and void. In juridical consideration it is considered never to have been done. And in canonical consideration, it is considered never to have existed. — But, Fiducia supplicans teaches many things contrary to revealed truth (that God can bless sin), against the Divine Law (that God’s Name be invoked in blessing over impenitent sinners), against the Natural Law (that sodomites be blessed or approved of), against the Evangelical Law (taught by the Apostle Paul in his letter to the Romans, namely that these sins prevent one from salvation and thus from receiving blessing), and against right morals (public approval of public sin). Therefore, the Pope’s signature to this document adds to it no juridical or canonical value.
Second, the authority of the body which issued the document, Fiducia supplicans, is the Discastery for the Doctrine of the Faith. But if one searches in the Acta Apostolica Sedes one can find NO entity by this name erected into existence by a Roman Pontiff. For to establish anything in existence, the one establishing it must have the authority to do so. And every entity of the Apostolic See must exist by means of a published legal act bearing the signature of a man who holds the Petrine Munus at the time of its publication. But Pope Francis was not the holder of the Petrine Munus before January 30, 2023 — Pope Benedict XVI was, since he never renounced it by any legal act — therefore, this Dicastery does not exist in law. Hence all decrees, declarations and instructions of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith lack all juridical and canonical value. They are null and void from the moment they are published.
Third, and finally, no document has authority without an act of promulgation. The declaration Fiducia supplicans lacks any codicil of promulgation, as can be seen by reading its last paragraphs. Furthermore, it declares no obligation upon anyone for its acceptance. Therefore, it has imposed no juridical or canonical obligation upon anyone. Therefore it is also juridically and canonically invalid.
Dogmatically, the canonical invalidity of Fiducia supplicans is a fact which demonstrates the truth of the power and compass of Christ’s High Priestly Prayer for Saint Peter and his successors, since what has no legal value is not the object of Christ’s promise to intervene to prevent the faithful from going astray. And in this case, if any do go astray, the fault is of all those Cardinals, Bishops, Clergy and Canon Lawyers, and talking heads, who keep insisting that Pope Benedict XVI abdicated on Feb. 28, 2013. — For this reason, Christ will continue to allow grave abberations to be published in ways which are only explicable on His part, because He too recognizes that Pope Benedict XVI was His Vicar on earth until his death, as He told us He would, when He declared to the Successors of Saint Peter in regard to Canon Law, in particular canon 332: Whatsoever you bind upon earth, shall be bound in Heaven ….

Once again, Ed Condon, who welcomed Fiducia supplicans, gets the canonical value of the document totally wrong, since he fails to consider first of all the level of authority of the issuing dicasery. This will be the standard pencil-pushing narrow sighted response from “canonists” on the document, so it is useful to read it, to familiarize oneself with their blind spots.
O Lord Jesus Christ, Who art the Almighty, Ever Living God, Who in obedience to Thy Eternal Father did descend to Earth to instruct men that they might rightfully and duly praise, bless, honor and glorify His August and Sacred Name, do Thou now, descend in vengeance and blot out from the earth these wicked men who have dared in the sight of all mankind to incite the most heinous sacrilege against His Divine Majesty, by asserting that Thy priests and Thy Immaculate Bride can bless impenitent sinners living in the most foul sins of fornication, adultery and sodomy!

Remember how Thou came to deliver a people who walked in darkness and were sorely oppressed round about by all kinds of enemies. and Come and deliver the flock which Thou didst obtain by right as Thy own by the shedding of Thy Sacred Blood!
Deliver, now, Thy Immaculate Bride who is being assaulted daily by the horrible crimes, sacrileges and calumnies of this wicked crew whom Pope Francis has assembled round about him.
And for the honor and glory of the Name of Thy Eternal Father, Who is the God of gods, we humbly beseech Thee to remove Pope Francis from power and to strike down with vengeance Jorge Mario Bergoglio and his wicked crew, making them endure in the sight of all nations such punishment as to honor and glorify His Sacred Name, so that by instilling fear into godless men, Thou might also make known to all the world, that there is a God in Israel, that is, Who is the Founder and Author of The Catholic Church, and Who comes to the help of Thy Flock, Whom Thou hast remembered from of old, to the Blessed Virgin and to Her posterity in Thee forever!

There exists a dogma of the Faith on blessings, though it has not yet been defined, and it is this.
“To bless”, in English, translates the Latin “benedicere”, which means ‘to speak well of’.
But ‘to speak well of’ means approval on the part of the one speaking.
If the one speaking is God or the ambassador of God, then the blessing signifies the approval of God.
Any attempt to make the word “blessing” mean the request for prayer so that one can return to doing God’s will is simply fraud.
Words have meaning.
God, being infinite Truth and Goodness, cannot obviously bless, that is, approve of evil and falsehood. This is explicit revealed doctrine, in the Book of Numbers, Chapter 23, in verse 19, where the prophet Baalam says in regard to blessings:
19God is not a man, that He should lie, nor as the son of man, that He should be changed. Hath He said then, and will he not do? hath He spoken, and will He not fulfill?
And thus anyone who says God can bless evil or evildoers, not only blasphemes God but utters heresy.
Catholics should stop attending Parishes where God is blasphemed or where heresy is preached or made the basis of practices.
Tell your priest, that if he approves of Fiducia supplicans, you are not only NOT going to ever give a dime to him again, but you will never attend his masses again, because, as Saint Paul exhorts us, What can Christ have to do with Belial? What can a believer have to do with an infidel? (2 Corinthians 6:15).

probably the worst bishop on the face of the Earth, for having published this defense of Fiducia supplicans, attempting to justify it by a dishonest citation from the Summa of Saint Thomas Aquinas:

shows he was not competent to be ordained a priest, because he affirms that Priests should always give blessings without asking the reason for the request, which is gross sacramental negligence and malfeasant cowardice!
And following the lead of FromRome.Info, The Pillar posted excerpts from many bishops round the world. It appears that only Khazakstan is standing with Christ and the Apostles, and that the rest of Bishops have been seduced by the document, if not willingly, unwillingly. — As we have seen the Great Apostasy phase 1 with the endorsement of the DeathVaxx and Scamdemic, now we see phase 2 with the embrace of Sodom.
Any debate about whether Pope Francis can or should be deposed from the Papacy is now over, seeing that he has approved the blessing of sodomitic unions (not to mention unions founded upon fornication and adultery) — a thing which invokes the Divine Name to approve a sin which cries out to God for vengeance. The Sutri Initiative, as I have said since 2018, is the only way to depose him canonically. Voices who do not support this Initiative will now totally discredit themselves, because to admit such an apostasy and advise nothing be done to root it out, is apostasy.
The document itself (see English here), entitled, Fiducia supplicans (‘Humbly-begging trust’) has been written in such a way as to intellectually seduce the Faithful into apostasy, as can be gathered from the internal logic of the document and its constant denial that its own affirmation are heretical, wrong, immoral or beyond the power of the Church to approve.
The twisted, false and fraudulent logic of the document, which while admitting “a real development” in the doctrine of blessing, is attempting to invent a Priestly ministry of affirming sodomy, in which blasphemy against the Living God, approval of a sin which cries out to God for vengeance, and word plays between “blessing” and “prayer”, “ritual” and “liturgical”, “seeking approbation” and “not seeking approbation” are o. k. — do not, in prima facie and in the last analysis, save it from total apostasy. These are just totally dishonest rationalizations. For as I say in the video below: for to say God can bless sin, is to say God is not God, because God being Infinite Truth and Goodness cannot approve of anything which is immoral or based upon a lie or evil. And to say that He could, would be to say that God can ‘not be God’ when I the sinner want Him ‘not to be’ God, which is the very epitome of sacrilege of the Divine Name and total apostasy from all Biblical Faith.
Similarly, the document presents the total novelty, that a Priest or the Church can give a blessing outside of a liturgical act in a manner different from a liturgical act: namely, that in liturgy he or She is bound only to bless in the manner God wills, but outside of liturgy he or She can bless in a manner in which the meaning of terms is up for grabs and words can mean anything one wants them to mean. THIS IS A DIRECT ATTACK ON THE PRIESTHOOD and the CHURCH and implies a priest and Holy Mother Church can be something other than an alter Christus or the Faithful Bride of Christ, respectively speaking, namely, that he can be a priest of some other god when he wants to, and She the spouse of some other man. This too is apostasy. To suggest it is the worst kind of moral seduction and blasphemy.
Catholics should urge with all the force of their being that their priests STOP naming Pope Francis in the Canon of the Mass and publicly call for the Sutri Initiative to be supported by all their parishioners. If we do not draw the line on this, we all betray Jesus Christ in such a way that we will never find forgiveness, not in time nor in eternity.

The document issued by the fake Dicastery, notably doubles down on the heretical responses given to the Cardinals in the Dubia they presented to Pope Francis in July. I therefore expect and immediate response from them, before the day’s end.
In addition, I recommend that all Catholics immediately write to their Bishops and urge him to grant permission to all his priests to OMIT naming Pope Francis in the Canon of the Mass, or to add the words, “for his repentance”, after naming him in the Canon. — Seeing that this is an extraordinary circumstance, Priests and Bishops can presume the permission of Christ to make these changes immediately in all formulae where the Pope’s name is to be mentioned.
Some bishop, however, are in a rush to publicly publish their approval of the document. I am keeping a list here. If you know of others, share the info in a comment there.
As I have written for years, if you can hold that Pope Benedict XVI could renounce the papacy by NOT renouncing the Petrine Munus, then words mean nothing to you, and you will have to accept every alteration and adulteration of the Faith which comes down the lane. No one would hear me, when I wrote about this in 2016. — I was right, again, and prophetic.
— As an aside, the Church of England (Anglican) approved a ritual for gay blessings just yesterday. So it is clear with what Church Bergoglio and his wicked crew are in communion.
And while it is true that this document is published by Archbishop Fernandez of the non-existent (because created when Bergoglio did not hold the Petrine Munus) Dicastery of the Faith, it is NOT true that Pope Francis is therefore not morally responsible (the document begins by claiming Pope Francis personally signed it), that by doing nothing about it, he can be tolerated in his claim to be the pope. Nay, rather, by allowing this he has annihilated all reasonable suppositions that he is the Pope or holds the office. — The Church therefore must meet in Council to declare it. The very continued existence of the Church depends on it.
And to all the pharisees who will wonder whether this teaching is infallible or not, or who will say it is not, and therefore no need to worry, because its from a Dicastery, not from the Pope: I say to you thus: you are negotiating for some hot swamp land in the Hell of Judas Iscariot by your jesuitical hair splitting to make room for you to do nothing and advise the faithful do nothing, other than giving yourself money and breaking from Christ’s Church.
In the meantime, let us all pray for the entire Church. We are all now being put to the test, whether we will deny Christ Crucified by the world, or not. Most of the Apostles and Disciples have run away or denied Christ for the last 11 years. We must work with Mary, to reconcile the few who still have the faith and rally them to Christ’s cause!
Finally, each person who signed this document should excommunicated and defrocked. — Likewise, all who insist or urge that we continue to recognize Jorge Mario Bergoglio as the pope, so long as he does not repudiate this document, are committing a grave crime against us as Catholics, against our consciences rightly formed, against our religious rights before the Living God.
