This devotion is inspired by the request made by Our Lady Herself in
Bl. Anne Catherine Emmerich’s Vision of
August 25, 1822: “I know not now how I went to Rome last night, but I found myself near the church of Santa Maria Maggiore. Around it I saw crowds of poor, pious souls, in great distress and anxiety on account of the Pope’s disappearance and the agitation and alarming reports throughout the city. Led by one common impulse, they had come to invoke the Mother of God. They did not expect to find the church open, they intended only to pray outside. But I was inside, I opened the door and they entered, astounded at the door’s opening of itself. I was standing aloof where they could not see me. There was no service, only the chancel-lamps were burning, and the people knelt in quiet prayer. Then the Mother of God appeared. She said that great tribulations were at hand; that the people must pray earnestly with extended arms, if only for the length of three Our Fathers, for it was thus that her Son had prayed for them upon the Cross; that they should rise at midnight to pray thus; that they should continue to come to Her church which they would always find open; and that they should, above all, pray for the extirpation of the Church of Darkness. … I know not whether the people saw the apparition or not, but they must have been impressed by something supernatural for, when the Blessed Virgin said they should pray to God with arms extended, all lifted up their arms … It seemed to be an association of prayer.” From this time Sister Emmerich assisted nightly at the pious exercises at Santa Maria Maggiore. Magistrato di Frosinone: Lo Stato di Emergenza è anticostituzionale!

Emilio Mangianello, giudice di pace di Frosonine, nella sua sentenza N.516/2020, N.R.G. 819/2020, di 15 Lugio, pubblicata ieri, dichiara
«La libertà personale è inviolabile. Non è ammessa forma alcuna di detenzione, di ispezione o perquisizione personale, né qualsiasi altra restrizione della libertà personale, se non per atto motivato dell’autorità giudiziaria».
Secondo la Sig.ra Roberta Goria, su FB,
Il Giudice di Pace Emilio Manganiello di Frosinone ha annullato una sanzione COVID-19 per i seguenti motivi:
1 – Lo Stato di Emergenza in Italia, ai sensi del Codice della Protezione Civile, può essere dichiarato solo per calamità naturali, e non per motivi sanitari;
2 – La Costituzione Italiana non ammette lo Stato di Emergenza. Ai sensi dell’Articolo 78 della Costituzione l’unico caso in cui il Governo può assumere poteri straordinari è quello di Guerra;
3 – I limiti di circolazione possono estendersi solo a eventuali luoghi, ma non possono limitare la libertà di spostamento;
4 – L’obbligo di dimora è una sanzione penale!
In pratica, con l’obbligo di stare in casa, abbiamo subito una sanzione penale senza avere fatto nulla!
Francesco Storace, scrivendo nel Il Tempo, il 1 Agosto, dice:
Quando il governo ha dichiarato lo stato di emergenza, ha fatto riferimento a norme che non lo prevedono per motivi di ordine sanitario. Che non potevano autorizzarlo proprio perché la Costituzione è chiara in proposito. Così come nessuna legge potrà mai dare al premier il potere di non far uscire di casa i cittadini. La libertà di circolazione – scrive il giudice – «non può essere confusa con la libertà personale: i limiti della libertà di circolazione attengono a luoghi specifici il cui accesso può essere precluso, perché, ad esempio, pericolosi; quando invece il divieto di spostamento non riguarda i luoghi, ma le persone, allora la limitazione si configura come limitazione della libertà personale».
E spiega ancora meglio più avanti: «Nell’ordinamento giuridico italiano, l’ordine di rimanere nella propria abitazione non può essere imposto dal legislatore, ma solo dall’autorità giudiziaria con atto motivato».
Altrimenti, ci si muove nel solco delle misure adottate «in Stati non democratici, come la Cina». Che hanno «un ordinamento costituzionale autoritario giuridicamente incompatibile con il nostro ordinamento costituzionale, fondato su garanzie individuali inviolabili, ignote agli ordinamenti autoritari, e agli esperti sanitari di quei paesi e del nostro, in quanto non competenti in diritto costituzionale».
La libertà dell’Italia sta più vicina, oggi che ieri. Deo gratias!

How to join the Ordo Militaris Catholicus
921 years ago, Catholics heard the call of Blessed Pope Urban II to take up arms to defend Catholics in the Mid-East who were being butchered for their Catholic Faith by Muslims, hell bent on conquest.
Today, it is obvious, that Catholics need to organize their own defense, since the rulers of so many Secular States are hell bent on doing nothing or denying the problem, or even worse, now, in subjecting the whole world to a satanic sanitary dictatorship.
Here the the Ordo Militaris Catholicus, we are working to establish a religious association of Catholics dedicated to the lawful defense of Catholics wherever they are persecuted, inasmuch as we can do this by means of legitimate, state-sanctioned military and police actions.
The Ordo Militaris, Inc., is the U.S. Private Military Corporation serving our Religious Association.
So, there are 3 ways to join!
1. Joining the Religious Association, as a Member
First of all, we seek men willing and capable of participating militarily, as Members of the Order. They must be Catholics, in good health and of military age, and be willing to promise to observe the commands of the leadership of the Order, for which we are seeking to recruit ex-military officers with proven command and battle experience, who are still capable of active service. Non-Catholic Christians interested in serving with us must be able to work with Catholics in a friendly and supportive manner. To become a member, go to our Donation Page and make a pledge.
2. Volunteering in the Religious Association
Second, we are seeking men and women, with or without military experience, as Auxiliaries of the Order, as the need requires, who are willing and capable, to assist in all other aspects of support, recruitment, financing, fundraising, publicity, accounting, legal aspects and political relations, because it will be necessary to do all these things in an orderly and unified manner to enable the Order to be an effective force for defending Catholics wherever this is needed and possible according to the local laws.
In such wise, by joining the forces of willing Catholics from all over the world, together, into one association with a common purpose, both military and support of the troops, a modern Catholic Military Order, in compliance with all national and international law, can effectively attain its goal: the defense and liberation of Catholics oppressed out of hatred of their faith.
3. Investing in the Works of the Order
Third, we seek investors in our works, which are conducted through lawful private security and defense corporations. The First of which, is Ordo Militaris Inc., a Montana Corporation dedicated to the security and defense of Christians persecuted for their faith from any cause or by any government.

Pope Benedict XVI was seriously ill after return from Bavaria

Peter Seewald, on the occasion of the presentation of his new Biography of Pope Benedict XVI, revealed that the Pope has been seriously ill of late.
Following his return from Bavaria, he developed an infection of the face, said Seewald. Presumably he means a skin infection.
Unusually blotches were apparent on his face on previous occasions, however.
Now, however, Seewald affirms, the Pope has recovered. During his illness he was in a lot of pain and discomfort. But now he has returned to writing.
UPDATE:
Reuters is reporting that the disease was shingles. This is the recurrence of smallpox which afflicts the middle aged and elderly DURING TIMES OF GREAT STRESS OR FEAR.
That the Holy Father came down with this disease after returning from Bavaria seems to indicate that he was forcibly separated from his brother and the sorrow of that event cause the stress which precipitated the outbreak.
