Br. Bugnolo explains how Catholics at Rome can elect a Catholic Pope

Editor’s Note: On January 29, 2023, I was interviewed by “Caritate in Veritate” about the Election by Apostolic Right, of a successor of Saint Peter, the next day. Under a heavy chest cold, I explained the historical and juridical basis of such an election, and thus, this video serves as a good explanation even to this day.

What I failed back then to recognize, is that so many of those who said Pope Benedict XVI was the pope, were actually part of the fake opposition or under such strong psychological control of these persons, that out of pure spite, they did not come in great numbers to the Assembly. — And this game of deception is still going on in 2025, as you can see HERE, where they pretend to be fighting but entirely ignore the rights of Catholics at Rome to have Catholic Pope. Or even worse, they pretend that Prevost is Catholic and that his critics are schismatics, as is done HERE. — This is disinformation and coverup at a massively coordinated level.

Now after the doubly invalid Conclave of May 2025,* I will be doing more publicity, this time, to get the message out to persons of good will, so that the Church of Rome can have a Catholic Pope.

This will require a lot of support, so I urge you to consider that at this point in the history of the world, God might be calling YOU personally to make great sacrifices to save the Immaculate Bride of Christ, taking Her down from the Cross of Globalism, where She has been crucified for such a long time, and giving Her back to Her Immaculate Spouse, Jesus Christ, by helping the Catholics of the Church of Rome have a Catholic Bishop!

This will be a  herculean task, and I need many volunteers to come to Rome to help me do it, in addition to significant funding, since even a 1 page advertisement in a daily newspaper here at Rome costs 70000 USD, and renting a venue for a large meeting even for a few hours, in the Jubilee Year, is probably double of that. But it is the publicity that will cost the most, because for several weeks I need to run ads on Radio, TV and in Newspapers, after I have a contract for a meeting place, payed for, and secured by unbreakable legal contracts. Such a meeting also requires by law many other services to provide for all possible and contingent needs of those who attend: Ambulances, Firemen, Beverages, Security, Seating, toilets, help for the handicapped etc..

I need both kinds of help, because, as you can see, last time I nearly “killed myself” in doing everything by myself, since I had no one to help me by God and His Angels. Italians here at Rome are just too afraid to be active participants in such a preparation, that is why Catholics from round the world need to come here in person to help. However, a large portion of Catholics at Rome are disgusted with the immorality of the Vatican and would come to such an Assembly, if they know of it.

Also, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, do you duty to recruit candidates for the election. He has to be unmarried, male, not under any ecclesiastical censures, and Catholic. This is not the time to merely eat popcorn and watch what happens. Nor is it the time only to send financial support. Encouraging a holy man to allow himself to be considered a candidate is also essential.

I should not have to say this, but some people have still not figured that out. They think it is sufficient to have an election and don’t do a blessed thing to encourage worthy candidates. — I saw this last time, and frankly it shocked me to my core and left me to ask: O Lord, why did you put me in an age where people find it so hard to live in reality!

*- For violating the rule of 120 Cardinals in conclave (Universi Dominic Gregis, n. 33), and because before his election he spoke against the Catholic Faith (Cum ex apostolatus officio, n. 6).

As you know from the recent news, I have decided to return to Rome to do whatever I can to prevent a the Papacy remaining in the hands of heretics. — I am reposting this final section of this Emergency article, which I published here, so that it is easier to access for all of you …. who want to help me.

I cannot do much, but what I can do, I will do if you help me!

Personally, I had hoped that I would not have to remain nor return to Rome again, to help the Roman Church in such a crisis. I have sacrificed the last 5 years of my life for the Roman Church and have merited only derision, calumny, and libel on all sides. There is scarcely more than a few of my readers who has written an article on any other website, blog, radio or aired any video to defend the work I have done or my person from the tidal waves of attacks. And those who have done nothing or the least, are the most vicious in what they say about me for my service to Holy Mother Church.

But, nevertheless, what I can do, I pledge I will do again, if I but have your help!

As you know, after the death of Pope Benedict XVI I was the sole Catholic at Rome who announced the Sede Vacante before all the others, foretold the election of his successor, warned the College of Cardinals to act, and organized TV advertisements to announce the time and place of the Election of his successor by Apostolic Right. No one is apt to do this again but me, because no one understands the gravity of the situation nor has the spunk to sacrifice the time and effort to get it done. But I do not do this but by the grace of God, Who has assisted me at every turn, especially with the help of so many as yourselves, far far away.

This work required that I establish ecclesiastical residence at Rome. I thing I did by coming to live at Rome in October of 2019. Yet, believing the battle over, I left Rome at the end of October of 2023.

Thus, I can now only maintain my ecclesiastical residence at Rome if I return before October 24, 2024.  However, AT PRESENT I DO NOT HAVE THE MEANS, since in the last 11 months the total donations I have received from my readers has not exceeded even one months expenses to stay at Rome.

So if you want me to return, so as to be on hand to avert this crisis, then support my appeal to reopen the Hermitage of the Holy Cross, with a sacrificial donation. In fact, inasmuch as averting this crisis is more important for the entire Church and the salvation of the whole world, I ask you to consider supporting the work to avert it with as much dedication as you can possibly muster.

Otherwise, there is nothing for us to do but join the millions of Catholics who are kissing the Catholic Church good-bye and preparing to greet the Church of the Antichrist, with glee or tactful silent acceptance, as the Fake Opposition has begun to do in earnest.

As of October 10th, I want to thank the donors who have given $985 USD (this includes the Hermitage Fund raiser from earlier in September). Thank you one and all!

However, I will need more than $10,000 more to secure a rental and pay the security deposit.

For that reason, I would ask you to consider making a generous donation to FromRome.Info, so that it can take whatever steps are necessary to get the message out to the entire Church of Rome and the entire Catholic World of the necessity of calling an Assembly of Apostolic Rite to ensure the juridical valid election of a Catholic Pope to succeed Pope Francis.

As you may know, no other site informed you of the first Assembly or gave you accurate information about it: neither in Europe or elsewhere — excepting the excellent blog of Father Walter Covens. Also, no news outlet in Italy, newspapers, radio or TV reported it, except one channel which charged me thousans of euros for a brief advertisement. This time around, to avoid the catastrophe of having no candidates present themselves, much more preparatory work will be necessary. And that will require greater resources and effort at FromRome.Info.

For those who may not know, I am a Franciscan Brother, living like a hermit, who keeps private vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience according to the Rule of Saint Francis of Assisi (Regula Bullata). My immediate superior is Pope Benedict XVI. I am president of Ordo Militaris Inc., Helena, Montana, Cross Azure, of Kyiv, Ukraine, and L’Italia per gli Italiani, of Rome, Italy. All apostolates I do for the protection of Christians who are persecuted.

My mission in Spain sowed seeds, which I hope will sprout in future years. Catholic there are sorely oppressed and have little hope breaking free from the 2030 Agenda. I explained to the leadership of Communion y Tradicion that Pope Benedict XVI is the true pope. As they were lawyers, the argument was not difficult for them to grasp.

I am now back in Italy, at the hermitage. I want to thank the donors who gave, last month,about half of what it costs to live here each month. I ask if you can, if you can help me meet the expenses for September.

Tomorrow, I set out for Spain, to give conferences about how Pope Benedict XVI is still the Pope, how Catholics can and must oppose Globalism and the Great Reset, and to found a non-profit for the formation of Catholic men.

If you live in Spain or Portugal, please leave me your contact information, if you would like to meet me.

I have now the use of a Fiat Uno, which is property of the Ukrainian Charity I founded. I hope in Spain to find supporters for the humanitarian work we are doing in Ukraine under the aegis of Cross Azure (crossazure.org). But while this means travel is easier, it also means another 50 euro a day for gasoline, on long drives (It gets 40 miles to the gallon, but in Europe, gasoline is about $7 per gallon).

Of course, I am also hoping to found a chapter of Ordo Militaris Catholics in Spain, and have already found eager interest.

I won’t be eating in restaurants, so as to save money: I will shop in supermarkets and buy stuff for sandwiches.

I want to thank the benefactors last month who donated sufficient monies to support the rent of the Latin Mass Center, in the province of Rome, Italy, till December. I have told the owner, that I will renew the contract for another year: hoping as I do that you will all continue to help me in that apostolate too.

I ask you prayers for a priest and a monk who are considering declaring for Pope Benedict XVI.

In Italy, Andrea Cionci’s book, about the Ratzinger Code is now 2nd best seller. I helped him extensively in its preparation, but he took the leads I had found and ran with it much further. I see that work of mine in Italy, now finished, on this account.

In Sicily, for a Family Catechesis

One of the most important apostlates which the corruption of Vatican II destroyed was the vidits to families to give good cousel to parents, grandparents and youth.  Since my own mom dedicated her life to children I cannot help but be concerned in their dalvation, proper formation and protection.

Lately, I have been traveling, and in recent days I paid a visit to my best benefactors in Sicily, at whose table I alwaysvfound hospitalityvwhen I attended the Latin Mass at Acireale on Sundays during the years I lived in Sicily as a hermit, 2009-2011 A. D..

When visiting families clergy and religious should avoid all useless chatter and should attend to advising the parents in regard to what is seen out of place during the visit. Parents should bring questions to the visiting clergy and religious about family problems and questions about the Faith.  Short instruction on the basics of the Faith, just as the Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory Be, the Creed should be the aim of the talks.

During my visit, I left the grandsons of my best benefactor in all of Sicily with  an instruction on the importance of living in the real world, and putting little importance in television and cellphones. At my suggestion the grandfather took them to the beach, where I taught them to walk on a rocky beach and explained what a break water is.  Acireale is also the home of the mythical Polyphemus, and so I explained who he was, why Greeks believed in myths, and why pagans exhorted to strange and adventurous stories to understand the world around them. I suggested the parents that they get children’s version of the Odysee and stop buying Marvel or Anime comics, since the latter were created and published by pedophiles and perverts.

One of the grandchildren showed me a bible instruction program on a cellphone, and I pointed out to the parents that it was a protestant version of scripture, which mistranslated, “And She shall crush your head” as “And a son of a woman shall crush your head”. The parents showed me a comic book which read backwards, in the style of Hebrew, Arabic and Oriental languages, and the mother explained how this was causing her son to have difficulty writing Italian in the left to right direction. I advised that the book be shelved and kept away from young children. I also advised getting the lives of the Saints in illustrated children’s versions, rather than godless Christ-less comics.

I gave each boy a pendant of his guardian angel and taught them what a Rosary is and why it is important to write out your prayers and learn them by memory.

I suggested to the parents and grand parents that at their age it is important to take them to different places and teach them about the real world. And after 2 years of lock down they were eager for it.

As I left, the boys asked me when I was going to return. As God wills…

For my readers, an Update

Many have asked why I am publishing so rarely know. Well, I announced in June and July that I am shifting to an apostolate of works rather than of words, so I won’t be writing as much here.

Also, I have been traveling, from Ukraine to Italy and tomorrow to Spain.

I finished all I can do in founding the Ukrainian non-profit, Cross Azure, which is now run by American Military Veterans. They are distributing IV Fluid and related paraphernalia, which is saving hundreds of lives on the Front.  Ukraine does not have a blood supply and so civilians and soldiers who are wounded often risk dying from loss of blood pressure. I have left the day to day running of the corporation to them, and have returned to Italy.

In Spain I will be giving conferences on Pope Benedict XVI, as making pilgrimages to some of the major shrines. I will try to write an article about each and publish the Spanish version of my talks.
