1. This was a very interesting interview and I agreed with almost everything Father Murray had to say, except in regards to the resignation of Pope Benedict XVI. He seemed to think the resignation was valid, and the facts that Benedict wore white and called himself “Pope Emeritus” were evidence of some sort of aberration, all the while he was praising the sharpness of Benedict’s mind. In my opinion, this illogical conclusion demonstrates some sort of aberration in Father Murray’s mind.
