FromRome.Info has received the text of an internal communique sent from CACI, one of the largest service corporations to branches of the U. S. Government, explaining their complete submission to the Usurper’s DeathVaxx Dictat.

To understand the context of the email which follows, it will be useful to review what Wikipedia says of CACI in its article about this corporation:

CACI has approximately 23,000 employees worldwide.[1]

CACI is a member of the Fortune 1000 Largest Companies,[9] the Russell 2000 index,[10] and the S&P MidCap 400 Index.[1]

We have it from our sources, that CACI intends to fire upto 19% of it workforce. And seeing that it is a service agency, one can expect an immediate and persistent loss of revenue due to labor shortages, not only on account of all the individuals wrongfully terminated, and the climate of suspicion generated among potential new hires that this will inevitably cause, but from legal action from thousands of individuals who will be financially ruined by the arbitrary and unconstitutional action of CACI.

CACI was sued in 2009 for the role its employees had in the NAZI style maltreatment of prisoners at the Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq.

The letter was sent out ostensibly by Angie Casper, Executive Vice-President and chief Human Resources officer on Friday last.

Action for Employees

In our continued effort to keep you updated on issues related to COVID-19, we wanted to provide the following new information.

New Executive Order

Yesterday, the President briefed his COVID-19 Action Plan which included the following actions:

    1. An Executive Order stating all Federal employees and contractors will be required to have the vaccination
    2. An Emergency Temporary Standard by the Department of Labor to require all employers with over 100 employees to ensure their workforce is fully vaccinated or require any workers who remain unvaccinated to produce a negative test result on at least a weekly basis before coming to work

We are currently monitoring this situation, as specific details, including implementation timelines, were not released. As we learn more, we will communicate the steps that CACI will take in order to comply with new regulations.

Federal Facility Vaccination/Testing Update

Thus far, only a few agencies have released guidance on how they will implement the current requirement for people working at federal facilities to be vaccinated or provide regular negative COVID-19 tests. Employees are required to follow the guidance at their facility.

For all employees working on DoD programs, we did recently receive a memorandum that will be effective on Monday, September 13. The Department of Defense will be requiring all DoD employees and contractors to complete Form 3150 attesting to vaccination status and providing a negative test result if unvaccinated or declining to answer. Some DoD sites will provide screening. If screening is not available, employees working on site for DoD programs will be required to obtain a test on their own time and expense. Please communicate with your program management team to ensure you understand the process for your customer site. Anyone who is unable to enter their worksite due to not meeting customer requirements will be required to use PTO or LWOP.

If you are unvaccinated and are required to obtain a negative COVID-19 test in order to enter a facility, you will need to test on your own time and expense prior to reporting to your worksite; you may not charge hours to CACI or the customer. Testing is currently free at these testing sites.

This is a very fluid situation, and once more is known, we will communicate with you about the requirements, either corporately or via your management chain.

COVID Transmission and Mask Update

We continue to follow the CDC’s guidance for mask requirements, which is that all employees working in areas of substantial or high COVID transmission are required to wear a mask in CACI offices. As of today, all CACI offices remain in areas of substantial or high COVID transmission, and hence masks are still required in all CACI offices. When a location’s COVID transmission rate changes to low or medium, updated signage will be posted in the facility stating that masks are only required for people who are not fully vaccinated.

For employees working at customer sites or outside the United States, continue to follow your local guidance.

I am pleased to report that over 81% of CACI employees have attested to being either fully or partially vaccinated against COVID-19. We want to thank all of you for taking the time to enter your information.

  1. I think when the Supreme Court returns to regular session in October they are going to be bombarded with legal challenges to the new mandates. And they will be forced to deal with the 2020 election audit results. I’m optimistic that God is going to flip over the tables in the USA. Enough is enough.
